13/01/2026: Located in the historic center of Pistoia, at Via del Lastrone 21. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is young, courteous, and knowledgeable. The menu offers a small selection of carefully prepared and presented dishes, some fish-based and others meat-based. You can choose from a variety of vegetable side dishes and some very interesting desserts.
01/01/2026: A very welcoming location, minimalist yet full of style and personality, with old-fashioned furnishings tending toward green, a color that characterizes many of the decor details, along with the wood.
-APPETIZER: Small mixed fried fish, excellent quality fish and crispy batter. The tartar sauce is a departure from the classic lemon side dishes.
-MAIN COURSE: Cod fillet on chickpea cream, a delicious dish, a little too salty for my taste, but well-accompanied and very tender.
Instead of bread, they serve schiacciata, a flatbread similar to pinsa dough, which is very good.
In addition to the photo of the main course, I'll leave you with a little gem: the dachshund-shaped cutlery holders, which are gorgeous.
