Nicola has been an icon of excellent meat since he had the shop in Gavinana and has managed to maintain (and perhaps even improve) his offer with this butcher's shop. I can't help but applaud and appreciate his skill and the fact that it's one of the few places with crazy quality at great prices. BRAVO!

Titolare e dipendenti molto cordiali, e cosa ancora più importante una bistecca da 10 a prezzi veramente competitivi considerando che non siamo al penny! E basta un boccone per capirlo

La Macelleria Ferrari è ormai un punto di riferimento per le mie cene in famiglia e tra amici. Carne sempre di grande qualità e di zona. Nicola ed il suo staff, gentilissimi, sempre disponibili a consigliarti per farti raggiungere i risultati migliori. Ieri abbiamo cucinato della carne di pecora ed è andata alla grande: tenera e saporita è stata apprezzata da tutti. Super consigliata!

06/07/2025: As always we ate very well, especially the Florentine steak, cooked perfectly that enhances the flavor of the highest quality meat, everything excellent from appetizers to first courses including desserts. Tastefully renovated place. Welcoming atmosphere, attentive but never intrusive service and a passion for detail that is perceived in every dish. The wine selection is also excellent, with Lorenzo recommending the right pairing. For me a Guarantee.
