I regret not taking a photo of the suckling pig and finishing it early. I found this butcher shop on the recommendation of a local. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the owners. The suckling pig and baked potatoes were excellent. I highly recommend them.

Ristorante Pizzeria La Sosta

27/10/2025: We love supporting family run restaurants and were glad to find this traditional one in Olbia. The pasta was authentic, the pizza cooked right within view and very delicious. The menu had great variety, was so reasonably priced and the service was friendly and attentive. Supporting a business that has been a local favourite since 1992 was a molto bene experience.

05/11/2025: We spent two weeks in Palau and this was the nicest and most complete dining experience we had. The service and hospitality were spot on, attentive but not intrusive, and all the food was lovely - the grilled calamari was wonderful - I had it both evenings - the starters of marinated mussels and the monkfish Catalan were a delight, as was the grilled sea bass. We ate here our last two evenings and it was a delightful way to bring our holiday to a close.
21/10/2025: Simple, homemade, and surprisingly accurate cooking. It was a treat 😜
