We stopped by chance on our way back from the sea and we wanted to try the spit-roasted pork and the Gallura soup prepared directly by them: the end of the world; fresh and well-prepared products, at an average cost. We also wanted to try the sausages, also prepared by them, and the cheeses they stock, whose flavors and freshness we appreciated.

I had the opportunity to try the roast suckling pig. I must congratulate it, it was excellent, cooked just right and salted properly. PS. For the negative review regarding the same product: those who are used to eating polenta and rabbit should refrain from tasting regional specialties, in this case Sardinian ones.
