Fiorentina 🤩 juicy, very soft and fatty as I like it, obviously served with the bone still together so you can enjoy it better all the subject that the meat releases after proper cooking. Obviously served medium rare as I like it. Excellent value for money. The guys served us well and pampered us by offering us limoncello which suits us very well in this cool weather at the end of September. Thanks for the experience we will see you again soon.
