Fully met our expectations. We wanted to eat authentic Apulian bombette, and I'd say we couldn't have chosen a better place! Good value. Friendly and efficient staff.

The meat was definitely good, the staff were a little too serious but you definitely did your job well. I recommend becoming a little more friendly and accommodating.

Excellent grill, the cooking wasn't the best, the livers arrived burnt, otherwise everything was good, the price was a little expensive!!!

It's impossible not to leave a positive review; everything deserves top marks, from the service to the quality of the food. I couldn't say which dish impressed me the most: delicious cured meats, delicious meat that melts in your mouth, wines that pair perfectly with any dish, and finally, very fair prices for the quality offered: 1 appetizer, 2 main courses, 1 side dish, 50cl local wine, 1 liter Coke, and still water (bruschetta on the house) all for just €55. I highly recommend this grill restaurant.

Excellent meat, refined location, even for an intimate or family dinner. Reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, attentive to every need, and the prices are excellent. I hope to return. Thank you.

01/07/2025: I would like to say it on the tip of a... pen. My wife and I chose you because we fell immensely in love with the structure, the grove, the green spaces. But my, our experience went far beyond the simple beautiful "place". My wife and I were in tune with everything, from the delicious food to the staff happy to celebrate with us, courteous and available at all times. Dr. Michele Conserva is a great professional and a wonderful person, serious, available and always communicative with kindness and frankness. Masseria Francesca is a resource that must be discovered and that I warmly recommend.

14/09/2025: The restaurant is beautiful, both inside and out. The atmosphere is quiet. The dishes are delicious and carefully prepared, with particular attention to the ingredients. The wine list is excellent. Every time we return to Martina Franca, it's a pleasure to dine here. The staff is courteous and helpful.
