What can I say, a grill of a certain level, superlative meat. Perfect cooking of meat. I took an American Angus, soft as butter, it released a unique flavor with every bite. Artfully made Apulian bombettes, very soft and rich in flavour. Really compliments. Congratulations also to the staff, friendly and attentive to every need. I will definitely be back when I'm in town. A heartfelt thank you for letting me try meat that I will hardly find anywhere else...!!!

Very particular place, very good meat, especially the mixed innard rolls. I didn't love the organization. Booked at 10.00pm, the table was not yet available when we arrived, it can happen, except that at the same time the patrons of all the other tables also arrived for an evident 'second shift' perhaps not communicated to us. A bit of management has therefore been created and the wait has increased because to order you have to choose the meat one table at a time at the counter. A little more organization would bring the stars to 5.

At the suggestion of a friend, we went to this place/butcher shop. What can I say, super experience! As soon as you enter, you can select the meat, I got the bombettes and my boyfriend got the mixed roast. All really good, soft and juicy meat. Furthermore, we also took the Martinesi potatoes, i.e. grilled potatoes which were also delicious. Excellent service too, friendly and quick staff. I highly recommend booking otherwise you won't find a place.

tipica braceria "scaff' e mitt' indr'" (trad: infila dentro quanti più avventori possibili). Orari di prenotazione assolutamente non rispettati, qualità delle materie prime di buon livello. Servizio appena sufficiente (un consiglio ai camerieri.. evitate commenti ad alta voce su clienti in attesa perchè si sentono). Vi è di meglio e la tradizione deve accompagnarsi ad altro

Una garanzia. Ci vado da alcuni anni, sono un’appassionata di bombette e in tutta la Valle d’Itria non ne ho mai mangiate di migliori. Gestione familiare, semplice e cortese. A soli tre passi da Palazzo Ducale e quindi dal centro storico. Super consigliato.

WHEN I GO DOWN TO PUGLIA IT IS A FIXED STOP AT LEAST TWICE, WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS, MORE THAN HONEST PRICES, FANTASTIC MEAT AND BOMBETTE, FAMILY MANAGEMENT, THEY ARE SUPER FRIENDLY AND KINDLY. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AS ALWAYS

We had dinner yesterday at this grill. Perfect dinner, meat, side dishes and spectacular desserts all seasoned by the courtesy and professionalism of the waiters. Excellent price.

Once you arrive on site you are greeted by friendly, courteous, helpful and competent staff. These guys do an excellent job in managing orders in the best possible way and directing customers to the best "food and wine journey" that the kitchen offers. A place that has now become a must in the city and which always focuses on quality and the search for flavours. You pay for quality and above all it is sought after, so it is highly recommended to book and not expect to eat at 5 stars with little change. A nice wine list and a choice of excellent desserts complete everything. We will be back
