My wife and I booked dinner here at Braceria Granaldi, at 8 pm.
Upon arrival we were greeted with staff who were friendly and very helpful. We decided to choose the meat we wanted, rather than looking at a menu. It seemed for traditional do it that way.
The food was excellent. Can’t remember what we actually had but just enjoyed it so much. We sat upstairs in the comfort of the air con because of the warm spring air.
Upon leaving table were set outside with lights that made the mood really good! Next time I think we will sit outside, like numerous others were doing.

Great food and atmosphere. The service is professional and friendly. The only flaw is that they brought us the bill without us asking for it because there was a line waiting. When you are on vacation and you are out for dinner the last thing you want is to be rushed to get up from the table…

Excellent barbecue place located in the center of Martina Franca. I appreciated the variety but without excess in the choice of cuts and bowler hats (I prefer it, rather than sometimes inventing strange combinations!). Perfect bombettes, in size and cooking. Excellent paws. Only note, but reading the reviews I think it's common, the size of the place, although the mezzanine room is characteristic, is a little small which makes the place perfect for an evening without much confusion obviously. About the meat and cooking, nothing to complain about. Everything is excellent. Well done.

Very very good place.
We had a table reserved for 9.45pm and we ordered everything straight away.
We took 5/6 bombette, a sausage, a portion of rags, a slice of capocollo (each) and potatoes to share.
With water and cover charge we paid €25.00 each.
Super honest.
The only negative note is that we were not informed that the kitchen would close at some point because we would have gladly ordered something else to put in the center. We would have liked to know in advance so we could order a few more bowler hats and a tagliatelle to share.
For the rest, highly recommended.
