Meat more than good as well as starters. I encountered the usual and widespread "bad" habit of these grill restaurants: SERVING all the meat ordered AT THE SAME TIME.
Result? Easier logistics for service and cooking... BUT the meat ends up getting cold on the customers' table since you can't eat it all at the same time.
From the photos you can understand that you certainly don't dine in a period stone farmhouse or in a mountain hut...

We took the 15 euro menu, the delicious cured meats and cheeses, own production, excellent quality meat and excellent service. The waiting times were fair considering the people who were there on Sunday. Courteous staff despite the workload. We were there a few years ago and returned today. We will definitely return on our next trip to Alberobello. Highly recommended

Posto immerso nella natura tipica della valle.
Salumi buonissimi.
Carni altrettanto.

Good value for money, genuine food, very friendly priority. Simple environment but we don't care, it's better to eat well and pay the right price.
Too bad there weren't, or at least I don't know, any vegetable side dishes, next time we'll try to ask.
The sausage and bombette made of veal only without cheese are good, difficult to find nowadays.

Ragazzi trattamento da paura, servizio super veloce, personale gentilissimo, qualità prezzo ecccccceeeezionaleeeeee.
Prezzo 30 euro in due e 7 euro mezzo litro di vino, una bottiglia di acqua e 2 amari con dolcetto. Totale 37 euro ci ritorno.
