… still in the works for a little while… Very fragrant, rubbed only with a little lard, at the end of cooking I will add myrtle salt!!! Exceeded expectations!!! Gianpaolo is very nice and well-prepared, he knows how to advise you, his job isn't work, it's passion!!!

28/07/2024: Really excellent pizza: quality products, price a little above average compared to an ordinary pizzeria but I think it deserves it, precisely because with the combination of tastes it goes beyond the ordinary.
