01/10/2025: Very good, very expensive, the staff could be a little more courteous. A paper hat to cover the chef's hair wouldn't hurt. The place is nice and well-decorated.

12/10/2025: We tried various specialities, all quite good, not wow but decent, the thing we liked the most was the monks' bread with Colonnata lard
18/09/2025: The best things happen by chance. While passing through Città di Castello, we stumbled upon this place. We had two pizzas, both excellent. Top food, top staff, top location, and most importantly, dog-friendly. It was like eating with family. When we happen to pass by again, we'll be very happy to eat there again. For now, a heartfelt thank you.
