If you want to experience some of the best meat in Italy look no further. This place always books out so you will need to make a reservation. We loved the delicious meat and wine and talking with the people we sat with (lucky enough to be next to two Italians). Raw vegetables (carrot, celery, radish) on the table. More meat than you can possibly eat all served and cooked in a variety of ways. If there are two or more of you we’d suggest one person gets the vegetarian option … otherwise be prepared for a lot of meat! If you are in or near Panzano this place is definitely worth getting to.€50 per person - you’ll be well fed and this includes local red wine.

We went there specifically for the meat menu for lunch and were not disappointed. The program and the stay were wonderful. Good food and a great atmosphere. The four of us had a lot of fun :)

Exceptional! What a fantastic place to enjoy all kinds of meat! Dario is truly a special guy. In the downstairs room, you sit right next to the grill, and you can really feel the butchery! Upstairs, unfortunately, it's a nice hall but lacks much flair, as it's just for eating and there's no fire 🔥 burning. The meat was great, and the quantity was absolutely sufficient! For €50, including all you can drink, it's a bargain. Unfortunately, we only saw Dario upstairs eating for a minute. We'll buy meat there and prepare it ourselves. Best regards, Gerd

Three hours of entertainment and meat. This was so worth doing. My wife was skeptical, but she really enjoyed it and she eats like a bird. Go if you can!

A carne é boa.
Mas o que vale mesmo é a experiência!
É um evento desde antes do almoço até o momento final. Quase uma peça de teatro!
Um ponto negativo é que na hora de servirem as carnes, sempre a mesa maior era servida primeiro e os pedaços de carne que chegavam as mesas menores não eram os melhores.
Você pode levar seu vinho sem taxa de rolha.
