Exceptional place in the heart of Tuscany. Dario is very friendly and the meats are really different. It's worth traveling from Florence or any other location in Tuscany to experience this. Suggestion: Always travel along secondary roads - Paradise awaits you.

This evening I had the opportunity to stop for dinner and I was amazed by the quality of the food and also by the friendliness of the guys who did the table service, it is an obligatory stop for those who like "fat"

Food and drinks were exceptional. The atmosphere was perfect. Such a memorable experience. I highly recommend visiting!

Historic Tuscan butcher's shop, a great butcher who was able to invent a unique place, behind which there is the history and traditions of his land. Once we arrive we see him there behind the counter cutting steaks still working behind that counter where it all started. Aperitif offered in front of the shop with crostini with Chianti butter (lard cream flavored with aromatic salt made by the Maestro) and red wine. Then when it's time for lunch with the sound of his trumpet and the meat motto Diem we go and sit in the 2 rooms, at the steak workshop (fixed menu at €50) or at the solociccia (fixed menu at €40 ) if desired, there is a vegetarian menu in both places. In the rooms there are tables to share with other customers to create a convivial atmosphere as if it were a party and it is. All delicious dishes, well prepared meat, in the center of the table vegetable dip with oil and the scent of Chianti (also very good). Then finally coffee from the mocha and oil cake which was also exceptional. Young and smiling staff which is rare. Then for anyone who wants to go out you can buy a food souvenir of what you just ate TOP.

Il posto mitico della Bistecca. Accolti da lui in persona che ci augura una buona degustazione in compagnia sei al massimo delle aspettative. La carne è eccellente cotta alla brace con perizia per assaporate tutti i suoi sapori dei vari tagli. Vino nel caratteristico fiasco con la paglia e il conto assolutamente onesto.

Siamo clienti ormai da tanti anni ma non posso fare a meno di notare quanto ormai la qualità e la quantità del servizio siano diminuiti al fronte dell’aumentare importante dei prezzi. Ospiti al Solociccia.
