Fantastic, unique experience. Dario is an engaging showman, and a talented chef and butcher. Highly recommended. You damn well better love copious amounts of raw and barely cooked yet world class beef! Considering all the Chianti straw bottle wine you can drink and delicious first and second courses, €50 per person could be the best restaurant deal in Italy.

Three hours of entertainment and meat. This was so worth doing. My wife was skeptical, but she really enjoyed it and she eats like a bird. Go if you can!

A carne é boa.
Mas o que vale mesmo é a experiência!
É um evento desde antes do almoço até o momento final. Quase uma peça de teatro!
Um ponto negativo é que na hora de servirem as carnes, sempre a mesa maior era servida primeiro e os pedaços de carne que chegavam as mesas menores não eram os melhores.
Você pode levar seu vinho sem taxa de rolha.
