Very small Japanese restaurant in the village of Pontassieve which has just 16 seats and a chef and a waiter. The fact that it has a very limited clientele is actually a strong point, as it allows you to always have a quiet and reserved environment, fairly fast service (not very attentive in the delivery of dishes) but above all fresh fish, which you can taste ( the prawns are spectacular). The menu is not very extensive and mainly revolves around cold dishes (also because they don't have a real kitchen), but the ravioli, large and tasty, are certainly worth trying too. The sensation is therefore that of practically entering their home and eating something artisanal and not mass-produced like in a large all-you-can-eat restaurant. Even though it was born as an à la carte restaurant, for some time it has offered the all you can eat formula for lunch at €17.50 (cover charge included) to which perhaps add €1 of half a liter of water. Ultimately a nice, welcoming and intimate restaurant where you can eat a few things done well. The advice is to enhance their strong points, then review the interior more faithful to a traditional Japanese kiosk and implement some hot dishes: it would then be interesting to create a student menu, perhaps for takeaway.
