I visited you with friends on December 5th and it met my expectations. The food was truly good, with that touch of innovation that makes it special. The risotto al salto, just as you do it...amazing. An old-fashioned osteria, where you feel right at home. Good food, home cooking. No complaints! The lady who served us was very kind. I recommend the cutlet, mixed antipasto, and ravioli.

It was a dinner with friends; the waitress served us kindly, politely, and professionally. The low star rating is due to the fact that when I booked, I had asked in advance if there were any options available based on my food intolerances. They assured me there were no problems, with a note to the effect. Unfortunately, at the time of dinner, there were only two options, and they weren't appealing for a restaurant dinner, resulting in inconvenience for me and my companions. Obviously, if I had known this when I booked, I would have opted for something else. The other dishes were average; one off-menu dish actually turned out to be a mini-dish, not justifying the price. Furthermore, the lady at the cash register wasn't particularly courteous; if you're not in the mood, perhaps it's better to do something else. In conclusion, aside from the waitress, who proved to be very professional, the rest of the service wasn't up to par. For the amount you eat and the price, the experience wasn't satisfactory.

I visited this place last night because I was staying at a relative's house. I must say, upon arrival, the place looked nice. The outside wasn't anything special, but it was quiet. As soon as we entered, the very kind waitress greeted us and immediately escorted us to our table. As soon as we were seated, she brought us menus and explained each dish in great detail, including the off-menu options. The service was much appreciated. She recommended a good wine and brought us bread right away, with refills always coming promptly. The service was a 10. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about: top-notch quality, spectacular cured meats. We had mixed antipasti, risotto, cotoletta alla milanese, and desserts. A special mention goes to the risotto, their signature dish; if you go, it's a must. One of the best things I've ever eaten. Everything else was excellent and plentiful. The bill was also excellent, with prices actually below average considering the time and the ridiculous quality. Highly recommended; if you're in Pavia, a must-visit. Truly excellent.
