Osteria d’altri tempi. Abbiamo mangiato qualche giorno fa i loro piatti tipici del posto come il risotto scottato che ho trovato veramente buono… , piatti vari con carne di maialino e coniglio.. torneremo sicuramente.

Exactly what I was hoping to find....external and internal location that makes you think of having gone back a few years but leaving a feeling of well-kept and clean. The food was a crescendo of flavours, culminating in an excellent second course, the pork puma. I have no experience of other typical places in the area, but I highly recommend going to them......I confirm what other users have written, if it causes us problems not receiving a paper menu or knowing the prices of what you are about to eat there it is better to ask or go elsewhere, in any case the prices are in line with what is available around. Well done.

Provocation: at Giugaton I ate the worst ravioli of my life. Thesis Explanation: The ravioli was so good that I will stop eating any more ravioli as long as I live. The goniometry of thoughts brought me back to that film called Call Me by Your Name, from Herculaneum. A leap in time, a trattoria worthy of Ugo Tognazzi, hyperuranic. Vegetarian dishes? Few.

Authentic flavours, trained and friendly staff, warm and traditional environment. A rare dive into the tradition and taste of Pavia. An absolute must is their sautéed rice with bonarda and sausage and their tortelli stuffed with 3 meats; among the second courses, the cheek cooked at low temperature with apples and the peposo with polenta are exceptional. Here at Giugaton every taste is balanced and every procedure is taken care of in detail, to give the dishes a practically perfect connotation in the end. If you are near Pavia you cannot miss trying a food and wine experience like this. What can we say about the desserts, all homemade and explained (like all the other dishes) verbally by the highly trained and courteous dining room staff. An unforgettable "trip" at a more than honest price.

Situato sull'argine del Ticino, questa osteria e' senz'altro da consigliare.Innanzitutto un ringraziamento particolare allo staff che che essendo io intollerante al lattosio , mi ha portato dei piatti ottimi. tutto molto buono buono dagli antipasti ai primi e un'ottima tagliata con patate. Sicuramente da ritornarci
