However, I'd like to compliment the young man who served me: he was extremely polite, kind, and professional, making me feel at ease even though I was alone. We even enjoyed a chat, which I greatly appreciated. I also noticed how attentive he was to his customers: it was clear he had a genuine connection with those who frequent the restaurant, naturally remembering preferences and details.
