Lungarno In Firenze

Great spot! Best way to describe it is an oasis. Through the hustle and bustle of Florence, it’s an amazing place to regroup for your next adventure in the city. Incredible location. Excellent staff.

Had a nice stay. We had to change rooms cause one of the floors had a lot of noise with the pipes. The breakfast buffet is nice and I was very comfortable there.

This luxury hotel is located in a charming area of town. The food is exceptional, but most important are the outstanding staff. We arrived in the midst of a family emergency. The Hotel Lungarno staff were incredibly helpful, kind and caring. They provided extraordinary assistance with every need. We are forever grateful to all of the amazing staff, especially Ilaria, Andrea and Sara for their tremendous help during our time of stress.

Hotel Lungarno is truly one of my favorite hotels, and my recent stay has only deepened my admiration. From the moment you step into this gem, you’re embraced by an ambiance of elegance and sophistication that rivals a 7-star experience. The interior design is impeccable, with every detail carefully curated to exude luxury, while the exterior is equally breathtaking. The location is unbeatable, offering a stunning view of the river and easy access to Florence’s most iconic attractions. The concierge and reception personnel are exceptional—knowledgeable, supportive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is remarkable. The housekeeping team maintains the property with pristine precision, ensuring every corner is spotless. Breakfast is a true delight, offering a variety of delicious options that cater to every palate. The lobby, with its amazing views and elegant design, sets the perfect tone for relaxation or conversation. This was my second visit to Hotel Lungarno, and it exceeded my already high expectations. It’s a place that feels more like home than a hotel, combining unparalleled luxury with world-class service. I can’t wait to return again and again!

Hotel Lungarno was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the ambience throughout the hotel was beautiful and inviting. The attention to detail really stood out, along with the top-notch cleanliness of every space. I especially appreciated the thoughtful added touches, like the turndown service, which made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast was excellent and a perfect start to the day. A truly elegant hotel with exceptional service — I would happily stay here again

Soft product was great. Excellent customer service, really good breakfast. Hard product had some aging infrastructure issues. The water pressure on the hot water would go in and out. Normally I wouldn't care, but this meant the shower constantly vacillated between being lukewarm and scalding hot. You just have to monitor and go in and out of the shower water constantly. So marking it down for being a "luxury" hotel but unable to provide basic service like a cheap rental apartment in the US. I'm still giving it an overall positive rating because I paid with points and got a free upgrade. If I paid with my own money, I'd be more upset.
