We've been to Colle a number of times and we love to come to Luna di Saturno. The service is very friendly and the pizzas are delicious. I suggest you'll start with an aperatif. You'll need it to chooce something to eat from the impressive menu :-) We had amazing pizzas and desserts. Loved it here. When we'll stay in Colle again, we will definitely be back.

16/07/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance, and it turned out to be one of the best Tuscan culinary experiences we had during our stay in the region. Typical dishes prepared with skill and attention to detail; we ordered mixed crostini, pici with blackberry ragù, and pici with asparagus and burrata, and to finish, torta ricciolina, the icing on the cake. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended!
14/07/2025: After a day at the spa, it's time to indulge your taste buds. At Mimmo and Barbara, everything is impeccable, but the cuisine deserves top marks. The pici with Sienese ragù and the Chianina beef bites melted in your mouth. Words can't describe the flavors; you have to sit down and savor everything slowly.

05/08/2025: The overarching theme I would give my experience was a resounding sense of trust. Trust that the ingredients were selected and incorporated in the most magical way with specific purpose. Trust that the wine, curated from regions and producers with integrity of the terroir, expresses a love with each dish. Trust that the service; listens, responds, and recommends such personalized passion for the guest experience, you feel like the star of the meal. If you seek an authentic, genuine, and trustworthy dining experience, here is the holy grail. I look forward to my return and sharing this experience with others. Grazie Mille, TarTufo!
26/07/2025: You have to go here and try the amazing seasonal truffle menu with wine pairing. For the main dish, the chef cooked us an amazing pork wellington - I’ve never tried anything like it. So rich, yet cased in light flaky pastry - he came out to describe lovingly the trial and error that led to him creating it, then hand carve for us, which was awesome. Paired with an exceptional gran selezione chianti. Stunning. Lovely attentive service (there is a supplement, unlike most places, but they earn it, unlike most places.) Can’t recommend highly enough for a lovely romantic evening.
