A pleasant discovery above Moneglia. Quality, homemade dishes, served simply and in reasonable quantities. The owners are welcoming and friendly. The coffee blend needs to be reviewed.

We have been frequenting Uliveto for almost 30 years, and it has never disappointed us. Ligurian cuisine, a terrace in the olive grove with a sea view, Stefano the owner is always very kind as is his staff, the land menu is always the same except on Fridays with a seafood menu. You always return just to find those simple and familiar flavors: gnocchi or trofie with pesto, pansotti with walnut sauce. I go crazy for the breaded artichokes, breaded mushrooms and grilled chicken. The Ligurian mixed fried food is excellent. For dessert I sometimes choose the fried sweet semolina, another delicacy. It is also suitable for tables of many people. It is about 2/3 km from the center of Moneglia, you need a motorbike or car to get there.

Very pleasant place, with a large terrace. Pansotti with walnut sauce very good and tagliolini with pesto exceptional!
In other reviews I read about problems finding parking, in reality there are 3 parking spaces!

I read the other negative reviews to understand what didn't work: generally the main problem is parking. Unfortunately in Liguria it is known that it is not easy...
I recommend the Angelo Nero spaghetti, Ravioli Cacio e Pepe (new), the grilled chicken, the French fries, the fried artichokes,...
In general the first courses are all excellent and also the second courses and the desserts. They are very kind and super welcoming.
In the evenings with many customers they struggle to express all their hospitality, but it is only because they try to quickly please everyone.
We really feel at home.

Delicious homemade pasta!!
Very low prices, very generous portions, the service was kind and attentive.
The place is very nice.
For me the best place where you can eat (that I have tried) in the Sestri Levante/Moneglia area.

They recently raised the prices of some dishes, but overall the quality is good. Great bread and white wine. The service fee per person is 2,5€.

Nice restaurant: fast service, very good food and helpful and friendly staff. It's just a little difficult to find parking (especially on weekends), you have to look for it along the street if theirs is not available

Da anni frequentiamo questo ristorante sulle alture di Moneglia, l'abbiamo visto crescere e nel tempo non ha mai cambiato le sue caratteristiche.
Se passate al mattino in cucina ( enorme e pulitissima) c'è chi prepara gnocchi con le patate acquistate direttamente dal contadino, ravioli ed altre specialità genovesi.
Quest'anno la produzione di olio è stata abbondante, ottimo il baccalà con patate e olio nuovo il venerdì..
Le porzioni per me sono troppo abbondanti e spesso quando esco mi porto a casa quello che è rimasta.Non manca il sorriso del personale e del bravissimo Stefano, il proprietario.
