It's surprising to find a place in the North that manages to bring the flavors, aromas, and hospitality typical of the Neapolitan tradition to the table. The dough is incredibly light, well-leavened, and highly digestible, with a soft crust and impeccable cooking. The ingredients are high-quality, fresh, and well-balanced: each pizza is rich in flavor without being heavy. The fried pizzas are also not to be missed, prepared to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just as tradition dictates.
