16/02/2026: Last night I tried the ayce sushi promoted on their social media. I'd already tried the grilled meat, but this was my first time trying sushi, and I have to say the meat is excellent quality, and the pairings are also very good. The tartare appetizers are also worth it. If I really had to nitpick some of the sushi, especially the nigiri, it might be that there's too much rice compared to the meat. Anyway, everything was excellent, and the service was excellent too.
15/02/2026: A top-notch restaurant, it has no flaws, from appetizers to first courses, and, well, the meat. It's pointless to review them; they only offer quality products. I've been going there for years and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER have I found a flaw. The service is fast, the staff is kind and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend anything from a simple appetizer to the most delicious meat. And what can I say about Francesco, the sommelier, who has taken us around Italy over the years, tasting wines from every region, all of which are excellent, from the sweetest to the most bitter. There's a wide selection of meats and wines, the latter from the smoothest to the more structured. The prices depend on how much you want to spend, you can spend €30/40 per person, or even €100 per person, depending on what you want to eat and drink.
They've now also added an all-you-can-eat meat sushi menu, which is divine. Everything is perfectly balanced, allowing you to savor the meat and the various combinations. For me, the Fassona roll is the best. It's delicious. Next time, I'll try the tasting menu with 3 types of Wagyu (Japanese American and Astroalian), which, for €65 per person with appetizers, bubbles, and meat, is a great value.
Compliments to all the staff, but especially to Luigi, the owner. He's a warm, knowledgeable, and, above all, always available. We need more restaurants like this that make you want to eat there again.
