We tried this place, which has a casual and authentic atmosphere. I'd say we were very pleased with the quality of the product and the kindness of the staff.

Perfect place to spend an evening away from the crowds, enjoying the fresh country air. We went for a drink but stayed for dinner. The atmosphere is somewhere between rustic and cool, the food is good, and the bar offers a decent selection of beers, natural and still wines, and cocktails. They also do daily specials and arrosticini. The music selection is also good. We've been back three times in ten days, definitely recommended.

Very nice place, good food, but the eggplant parmigiana was lukewarm and the hummus was cold. The menu was a bit limited, significantly smaller than in the past. The quality of the ingredients was still excellent, but the menu could be expanded with starters and side dishes. The arrosticini were priced above average. However, I appreciated the attention to detail and the atmosphere.

Despite those two or three reviews from customers who were probably unhappy... with life, we decided to trust our instincts. And we were right.
We tasted an authentic slice of Abruzzo cuisine, in a place that reinvents the concept of an osteria or tavern, without distorting its soul. "Lubarrhot" is a little taste journey: from the cacio e ova (cheese and egg balls) to the famous arrosticini (skewers), each dish speaks of a living and flavorful tradition.
The refined atmosphere, the welcoming decor, and the genuine friendliness of those serving you transform this place into a true "service station" for the heart and the stomach. A must-try.

If you're looking for an authentic, high-quality Abruzzo trattoria, Lu Barrott' di Nicola is the perfect place. Authentic ingredients, carefully prepared dishes, everything is truly excellent. The owner and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to explain the local specialties.
The price is also absolutely fair for the quality: a full meal costs between €25-35 per person. Arrosticini and Pallotte cheese and egg are also available. The atmosphere is rustic, welcoming, and ideal for families or groups.
In short: extraordinary cuisine, an authentic atmosphere, a special welcome, and excellent value. Worth a try and definitely worth returning to!

We ate very well. Flavorful sausage and peppers, delicate meatballs with an excellent tomato sauce, delicious parmigiana, and tender arrosticini, well-cooked and just the right amount of salt. The house-made ratafià was a delicacy.

Fantastic place!!
Welcoming and family-friendly, if you're looking for chic or snobbish places, this isn't for you. The food is traditional, just like at home, and the drinks are good. The menu is short so you can try everything!!
Definitely worth a try!!
