The setting in an narrow alley usually offers peace in a hyper toursity town. But this alley allows cars to go through. So the dining experience is watching a slow stream of car scraping by. It is half-entertaining. Doing it for once is quite okay. Repeating it is not my dream. Service was not super fast, but I was not forgotten. And the young lady seemed to genuinely care that I enjoyed the food.

After a long tour, we enjoyed lunch on the restaurant's terrace. Friendly staff and delicious Italian and Bavarian cuisine.

The pork shank was amazing. Best I have had outside of Bavaria. My wife was not totally sold on the Weinershnitzel. Found it a little dry. We ate on the street side tables, so cannot comment on interior seating except it did look very nice. Had plenty of Italian dishes on the menu but nice to have something different to eat.

A wonderful restaurant on one of Rome's small streets. We tried several dishes and were delighted with everything. I'd also like to mention the service; I highly recommend it.

A pleasant Italian restaurant near Piazza del Popolo or Piazza di Spagna on Via della Fontanella, we didn't eat, just "Just drink", we certainly weren't satisfied, but we weren't hungry, you can pay by card, you have to go to the basement, where there is also a clean toilet. Try it 😁

Highly recommended. Excellent selection of genuine Bavarian beer. Tasty Roman (one of the best lasagna) and German cuisine (exquisite sausages).

Oktoberfest in Rome all year round. Authentic Bavarian beer, delicious food in both Roman and Bavarian versions, and a very friendly atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!

23/09/2025: This is our second time here for lunch; the first time, last year, was superb; the second time was good. The truffle Gricia was extremely salty, undoubtedly due to the pecorino and guanciale. The pasta was edible, but I left the sauce on the plate. My dad had the Matriciana and said it was tasty but very good, my husband had the carbonara and it was out of this world. Generous portions. I had the porcini mushrooms, but they were completely drowned in oil. I ate two forkfuls and then took the rest home. The service was a real mess if the owners were taking orders. Otherwise, it was chaos. I recommend the polenta with chicory and guanciale; I assure you, it's truly delicious. And their donuts are fantastic.
