Da Gasperino In Roma

09/03/2024: Tonight we booked a table with friends from outside Rome. Why here? Simply because for 22 years it has been our safe haven when we want to eat well and with quality without risking a bad impression. If you are looking for a worldly or sophisticated restaurant, this is not the right place. But if one evening you want something Roman, interpreted by a series of simple and typical dishes, then the stop is a must. All, but I mean all, their dishes are the same but different from all the other Roman trattorias. Simply tastier and tastier without having to invent the impossible. I don't know if it's thanks to the chef, or the raw materials, but in 22 years there has never been a disappointment. Compliments! Simplicity and quality, without many secrets and pretensions.

25/02/2024: Very good Italian restaurant where you meet mostly Italian customers (whatever that means), good prices, impeccable service... I recommend pasta alla gricia, an authentic Roman recipe with pecorino and gudziale (pork cheek)
