excellent welcome, discreet service (they almost spilled chips on our arms), waiter with a sweatshirt full of animal hair (hygiene???), inedible speck platter (slices too thick and full of fat to discard!). Nice typical Bavarian place that has lost a lot over time!!!

If you want to be in a quieter area, avoid the kids' area because it's really impossible to talk if you're close to it. The food, I'd say, is very good, but the waitresses generally don't seem very happy working there, judging by their faces. Overall, the service was okay, average. Unfortunately, the beer wasn't the best, perhaps toward the end of the keg; basically, the only choice was Paulaner. It's best to book.
