It's a modern bar at the entrance to Castiglione Falletto, a pretty village in the Langhe region worth a visit, if only for the church, castle, and splendid view of the snow-capped Alps. We had lunch there. Since it's primarily a bar, there's not a huge selection of dishes, but traditional Piedmontese fare is present, including vitello tonnato, ravioli del plin, and gnocchi. The special of the day was grilled polenta with sausage ragù; my son had it, and it was truly excellent. Also worth trying is the Piedmontese antipasto. Generous portions, service a bit slow, but it's managed by two young, friendly people, so that's okay. Great place for an aperitivo or a quick, but good-quality lunch. We spent €50 for three, including drinks and coffee.
