My husband and I went for lunch on Saturday and we had a great time! We had the tasting menu and I have to say that unlike other places, the dishes were really generous... Everything was excellent... home cooking... flavors from another era... I hadn't had veal with tuna sauce like this in years... a Piedmontese classic... not to mention the rest... I can't give any negative reviews because I didn't find any! We'll definitely be back.

Excellent quality and well-prepared food

The place is reminiscent of the trattorias of the past built in the houses in the center of small (in this case very small) villages. The culinary offering is extremely concentrated on local specialties (eel, snails produced only in that village, etc.) and managed according to seasonality. The service is quick and courteous. The quality/price ratio is very good.

La gamma dei vini è valida, con etichette rinomate, ma anche di buona qualità senza esagerare nei prezzi. la mise en place è piacevole e completa, il personale gentile e professionale. Piacevole sorpresa anche il conto, che non ha riservato eccessi e ci è sembrato giusto. Bravi e consigliatissimo.

We chose L’Ostu sul Cantun to celebrate our son’s first communion, with a group of about twenty people. It was a wonderful experience from every point of view. The menu, generous and well-structured, offered traditional Piedmontese dishes with an authentic taste, appreciated by all those present for their quality and abundance. The cake, simple and elegant, was particularly striking for its extraordinary goodness: a perfect ending. A heartfelt thanks goes to the dining room staff, in particular to the three waitresses who accompanied us with discretion, professionalism and an ever-present smile. A special thanks to Beatrice, who with care and courtesy coordinated the service impeccably. A restaurant that we sincerely recommend to those who want a warm welcome, real flavors and genuine attention to detail. We will gladly return.

In un locale accogliente, abbiamo mangiato dei buoni piatti della tradizione: molto buoni il risotto, i ravioli e le rane fritte.
