Traditional Piedmontese dishes with a modern touch, inspired by the mountains. The menu is more suited to winter, but it's also great in summer. We dined inside in the evening, but we'll be back to try the outdoor seating for lunch. The place is charming, though not huge. The service is prompt and accurate, and the waiters are friendly. Suitable for large groups and families.

Day trip... Beautiful location, good food (my taste was a little too seasoned). Price a few euros less, maybe better, but overall good.

Excellent food, very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended, the starters and appetizers are spectacular. PS: The dog is beautiful and very sweet and doesn't bother anyone.

Sicuramente una cucina di livello superiore alla media dei ristoranti della zona. Un tocco in piu anche in un piatto ritenuto comune come puo essere lo stinco di maiale arrivato con una cottura perfetta.

Cibo buono specie gli gnocchi alle castagne ma prezzi cari rispetto ad altri locali della zona.primi almeno a 14 euro, Un quartino di vino ( non particolare) a 6 euro. Dolci a 8 euro.

01/09/2025: A name that's a guarantee... brioches with wonderful granita. A Turin institution for many years.
26/08/2025: A quaint place stuck in the '80s. They offer many flavors of ice cream, some of which are unique. I went there for a brioche with ice cream, reminiscent of those from Calabria and Sicily. I'd say it's better than the average in Turin, but it doesn't quite reach the freshness and size of those from the south.

Trattoria Aldente

10/09/2025: A small, authentic trattoria in a quiet location in the center of Turin with a fine selection of typical local dishes. The food is truly delicious, and the house wine (bianco) is also very good. Attentive, very personal service.
07/09/2025: Very good Piedmontese cuisine. The manager is very efficient and fast (she speaks excellent French). Finally, there's no background music, which allows you to participate in conversations.
