Everything was really delicious. The wine is excellent, the service is impeccable, and the place is exemplary clean, very pleasant. The staff is really very friendly, kind and helpful. Last night we went to dinner at Ostricaro, a small restaurant just outside the chaos of Gallipoli. The place is really cute, with large, comfortable tables that make you feel at home. The atmosphere is relaxed, perfect for a quiet evening. We ordered spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, burrata, and shrimp, which was tasty and well-made, and cacio e pepe with tuna tartare, which we loved for its mix of flavors. Our daughter had spaghetti with clams, simple but delicious. For our main course, we tried a mixed antipasto and a tartare, but it arrived incorrectly: instead of the one we had ordered, they brought us a couple of raw shrimp tartares. The very kind staff apologized and took it off our bill without any problem, a gesture we appreciated. Speaking of the staff, everyone was super nice and helpful, always with a smile. The only downside was the wait: we arrived just before 9 PM and got up at 11:20 PM. Two hours and twenty minutes for three first courses, an appetizer, and a tartare is a bit long. It was probably just a bad night in the kitchen, it happens. Despite this, we liked the place and the food was really good. The prices are fair for the quality, and the atmosphere is worth it. We'll definitely be back to give it another try, and we recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant place away from the chaos of Gallipoli!

We had the pleasure of dining at this place, which we'd been to years ago, and it was a pleasant confirmation. All the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and present without ever being intrusive. The appetizers were numerous, varied, and carefully crafted, showcasing the freshest ingredients, as were the first courses. Very satisfied, recommended.

The people are very kind and the service is good. The food is good. We trusted the waiter... he was very good, by the way, but next time I'll ask for the menu so I can get an idea of ​​the prices and avoid surprises or high bills like we did.

The raw fish is definitely fresh and very good, the first courses are very varied, the second courses are okay... In the evening, you can see the sea from the back parking lot, the staff service is good, and they offer fresh daily specials! The raw fish prices are okay, but I think the rest needs re-evaluating.
