Passionately seeking quality fish. Oysters (the ones from Scardovari are fantastic), caviar, raw fish and a few but refined dishes including appetizers, first courses and second courses. Owner sommelier with professionalism and love for the information on the wines he offers. High-level desserts and a selection of whiskeys and rums. A setting with a view of the plain. Top

There's a lot to say. The place: furnished in a non-rustic style, not shabby chic, not modern euro minimalist, not bohemian or baroque; it is a thread of everything, with grace, with sobriety. The tables on the windows offer a view of the illuminated plain, an added value with a certain impact on the emotions of a special evening; After all, who doesn't like dining while looking at the world from above? High level of guest care: when you go to the bathroom and wash your hands you don't find paper towels, you find disposable micro towels that you use and throw in the clothes bin; this means that someone, between one table service and another on a perhaps crowded evening, periodically checks that there are always some available. The lights on the tables: they hang from the ceiling up to the table, eliminating that diffused glare that often annoys the sight; only note: I would lower them a little more. The paintings: the world is full of beautiful places displaying paintings that are an insult to the eyes; I understand that it's subjective, but do you want to put the view of a painting pleasantly in harmony with the environment? It causes you to smile instead of a zygomatic contraction. The dishes. Anchovies hung with dried tomatoes, caper butter and croutons: good but not excellent, praise for the caper butter, nice presentation but separate from the other dishes. Classic raw: excellent variety of crustaceans and shells, including a mollusc whose existence I didn't know; certainly fresh raw material, unquestionably delicious, accompanied by an excellent glass of riesling. Oyster route: I got one of all, seven in total; this is truly the experience that can give a place its name: differentiated origins, between the Atlantic and the Adriatic; you first immerse yourself in the cold of the ocean, where among the three proposals in my opinion the kys marine offers the best taste: if you close your eyes you would think you had licked a rock, it makes you move. The other four take you to the Scardovari lagoon, and it was my first time: pulpy textures and both sweet and almost herbaceous tastes, unimaginable for me when thinking of our dearest bivalves. Wine pairing: following the maitre's bold proposal, I opt for a glass of sauternes, an apt choice for the contrast between the savory thrill of the oyster and the silkiness of the muffato. Tuna tartare and croaker tartare: once again excellent raw material, very natural flavors although clearly treated; it's certainly a very popular dish, you might say; and precisely for this reason it offers the correct term of comparison because, usually, you also want to understand if you will return to that given exercise. We also had a dessert: I apologize for not remembering your choice, I have never loved desserts; I remember mine, off the menu: three Atlantic oysters. Hey there! The service: attentive, friendly, quick dining room staff. The maitre d', for example, holds the bottle in both hands while you taste the wine and makes you read the label like in the banderaluna videos; it is not useless, especially for those like me who sometimes pretend to know and then fall into sadness, therefore they appreciate the possibility of learning while also increasing their self-esteem. Finally, the bottom line: it's not a triumph of the economy, but the experience is worth all the expense, which is adequate. After all, there are more well-known places where you eat well, but not like this, and you pay more. The first one was good.

I was simply blown away by my experience at this restaurant. It is one of the best I have ever dined in and absolutely deserves 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff was courteous and attentive, making us feel at ease straight away. The atmosphere is elegant but at the same time relaxed, perfect for a special dinner or even for an informal evening with friends. The menu offers an incredible selection of dishes, with particular attention to the quality of the ingredients. Each course was a real pleasure for the senses. We started with a starter which was truly astonishing in its freshness and flavours. Then we chose the risotto first, a dish rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. The second was a masterpiece of technique and flavor, with impeccable cooking. To finish, the dessert was a real explosion of sweetness and refinement, the perfect ending to a perfect dinner. The wine list is excellent, with many options that pair perfectly with the dishes on the menu, and the sommelier was able to recommend the right wine for each course. Every detail, from the service to the quality of the dishes, has been taken care of with great attention. It is without a doubt a restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone who wants a top-notch dining experience. I will definitely be back! *Rating:* ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars)

Locanda Stella Room e Restaurant

30/04/2025: We stayed overnight in a B&B: excellent breakfasts, both savory and sweet, the room was small but functional and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We always dined at the inn by reserving a table. Both the pizzas and the restaurant dishes are good with quality products. The craft beers and desserts are also good. courteous and helpful owners. It's very convenient to be able to book your overnight stay and check in directly online.
23/04/2025: Recommended by a dear mutual friend, we arrived at the Locanda last night to taste their pizzas. The environment made us feel comfortable, welcoming and relaxing, and the menu is very attentive to local products and the food tradition of the Plateau. In particular, the Cimbra pizza, with Asiago and sopressa, was the subject of choice. The thin but pleasant dough, not dry, was a pleasant further detail to delight us. In the end, unfortunately, there wasn't even room for dessert, we were full and didn't want to risk overindulging, so as not to suffer nightly retaliations from the digestive system... In any case, it will be the excuse to return as soon as possible, perhaps for lunch, and continue the discovery of a place that is worth a visit. Could someone say: “But only with a pizza and a beer”? And I calmly reply that the simplest things are often the most difficult to do, to give them the dignity they deserve... Unfortunately, many people fall for this aspect when they only pay attention to the economic side of catering. Here, no. Very correct expense, even considering the quality. P.S. Dogs are also accepted, upon prior notice. Far-sighted attitude given that, on the Plateau, many businesses still don't realize how many customers they lose by banning animals (if they are naturally calm, as a dog owner I am perfectly aware that respect is needed).

Pizzeria Remember

30/05/2025: The place is very well kept with a pleasant garden. Don't expect a Neapolitan pizza. Pizza a little too thin and dry but I found the ingredients fresh even if scarce. Fast service.
