It was my first time dining here, and it was a delightful surprise! The place is quaint and welcoming. Excellent dishes, carefully prepared using quality ingredients. The sliced donkey steak was exceptional...!!! Homemade desserts, and even the side dishes were truly exquisite. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and kind, especially Pietro... thank you so much... you were incredibly kind!

If you travel a lot in Italy, like we do, then this place is definitely not recommended. The service, however, was very attentive and efficient. It always depends on your expectations, but for us, it was simply not good. The food was bland and tasteless. The pasta was overcooked and the meat was very tough. After complaining, the meat was crispier – but still inedible. What can I say? The friendly lady tried her best, but couldn't salvage the lunch. The wine was good and reasonably priced. But we will definitely never come back here.

Nice place in the center of town, fast and skilled staff, some of the dishes are delicious, others are good. One negative point is that the menu must also list the ingredients of the dish because some people might have allergies. That said, if I were to return to Peschiera, I would definitely go back.
PS. The price? For what we ate and drank, it was fair. 👍👍👍👍

A cozy osteria with a fine selection of regional dishes. Exceptionally good pasta dishes, donkey (Asino) in various preparations, and the pot roast with polenta is divine. A nice wine selection, a comfortable atmosphere, friendly service – everything is perfect.

I was staying in one of the apartments above the osteria, so I took the opportunity to visit this restaurant.
The restaurant is practically in the center of Peschiera. It's a well-kept, beautiful, and characteristic place, with a good table setting and a warm welcome from the staff, who are professionals in their field, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the dishes they offer! The quality of the dishes is exceptional; I had a cream of vegetable soup and the best tripe I've ever eaten.
I hope to return and try their other specialties.
