Cucina ottima, servizio gentile. Hanno un menù con piatti della tradizione toscana e un menù più innovativo. Tutto molto buono. Unica pecca, abbiamo sentito un po' freddo, magari la prossima volta chiedo un tavolo nella sala con il camino.

Accolti da Simone con grande cortesia e ospitalità, abbiamo degustato diverse pietanze, che sono espressione di genuinità, tradizione, territorio e qualità. La carta dei vini è l'esempio di quella ricercatezza, che si trasferisce nei piatti, che sembrano quadri e che invitano a essere raccontati prima ed assagiati poi. Ottimi sia i primi che i secondi, una carezza il dolce finale. Personalmente ritoccherei solo il caffè: "ho suggerito un illy, esempio di raffinatezza e di una degna conclusione del pasto". Consigliatissimo, ci ritornerò per apprezzare la location davanti al grande camino acceso!

17/05/2025: Incredible place, easy access if you travel by public transport, the stop is right in front of the hotel, beautiful facilities
04/04/2025: I was there in June 2023 if I'm not mistaken... Experience immersed in nature... Very kind staff, I gave the room three stars because it was full of cobwebs, the very old Samsung brand TV with a decoder... The location, which is surrounded by nature was ok... But the phone didn't get a signal and I couldn't notify the relatives! There was only Wi-Fi! Everything else is ok... Just a piece of advice... We are in 2025, use some modern technology in your hotel! P.S: Magnificent breakfast! 5 star service!
