Superb Florentine steak! Excellent service, the gentleman with the ponytail pampered us for over two hours. Worth the money. Highly recommended.

The owner, staff and food are great!

If you're looking for a romantic spot where the quality is justified by the price, this is the place for you. The staff are very attentive and helpful in choosing your dishes. We started with tagliatelle with wild boar, which was exquisite. For our main course, we chose a Florentine classic, bistecca alla fiorentina with potatoes. I can't even begin to describe how flavorful the meat was and how delicious the potatoes were. Finally, we ordered tiramisu, which was exquisite. They also gave us a complimentary limoncello to round off a fantastic dinner. P.S.: If you're unsure which wine to order, the house wine is quite good.

Nothing less than outstanding ! The service was perfect, the food to die for (had a sample of various antipasti, pastas and of course, florentine steaks), the overall atmosphere quite fantastic. Can’t go wrong with this place !

Since it was January, we were able to go without a reservation! The restaurant was almost full with locals and tourists alike. The atmosphere was great and the staff were always attentive, asking questions like, "Where are you from?" The meat, artichoke salad, and other dishes were all delicious, and the olive oil was also tasty, so we asked where they sold it and were told we could buy it in the restaurant! It was so good that my wife bought four bottles...! At the end, they asked if we wanted tiramisu, and when we told them we were full, they served us biscotti and a small cup of lemon sorbet!! We just happened to walk into this restaurant, but we were very satisfied!!

Truly an excellent experience. An authentic osteria in the heart of Florence, with authentic Tuscan flavors and carefully crafted dishes that maintain tradition. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive: special thanks to Caterina Latini, always available and excellent at making recommendations. They make you feel welcomed and cared for throughout your meal. It's only open for dinner, so it's not always easy for me to get there, but it's absolutely worth it. We celebrated my boyfriend Mirko's birthday here a year ago, and it was a wonderful evening from start to finish. Excellent value, a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, and cuisine that reflects Tuscany. Highly recommended for those seeking a genuine, non-touristy experience.

Such a great place to eat. Reservations are recommended. They bring fried bread to the table, which are like little golden pillows of flavor. Lightly salted and warm, they were delicious and gone in no time. We shared a caprese salad with burata cheese and fresh tomatoes, and a tortelli pasta dish with cheese that were both good. But the highlight of our meal was the 1.5kg bistecca Fiorentina that was cooked perfectly. With the appetizers, it was plenty of food for four people. They served us a lemon sorbet after the meal to cleanse the pallette, and almond cookies that look like biscotti but were softer. For dessert, we had tiramisu, and a special for the evening of orange cake with ice cream on the side. Both were excellent. I'm so glad we came here.

They don’t even need anymore reviews , but I couldn’t resist giving one, as it was really outstanding in all aspects. Amazing food, excellent florentine steak and pasta especially. Outstanding service and cozy traditional cadre. Grazie mille!!!!
