Excellent, typical cuisine, refined and generous flavors: fried ceps and artichokes, tagliatelle with ceps or wild boar, octopus with potatoes, lamb with artichoke, pizza, not to be missed.

I really like Osteria di Caterina. The dishes are typically Ligurian, carefully prepared and served with kindness in an informal and comfortable atmosphere. Yesterday I chose the breaded and fried artichokes: I found them excellent. Today I opted for the tomato gnocchi. For wine, I chose Rossese di Dolceacqua in bulk. I recommend this osteria for the authenticity and refined simplicity of the experience. I'm coming with my small dog. He feels right at home too!

A small but welcoming trattoria, close to the medieval bridge. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dishes are generous, the only downside being too much oil.

I've had the pleasure of having lunch several times at this charming restaurant and I've enjoyed it every time.
Family-run restaurant, warm welcome, generous portions, very pleasant terrace. I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

We went for dinner. The atmosphere is family-friendly and pleasant. We were satisfied with the appetizers, but the main courses were a little less so. The rabbit was better than the lamb. The desserts were average, with a classic selection. The price was fair.

I read a lot of negative reviews before coming here, and the first thing to understand is this: it’s a very simple, no-frills place. No fireworks of flavors, no special service, no gastronomical show. That said, if you’re hungry, this spot works perfectly. The food is cheap and solid, portions are filling, and the local wine is good. Very, very affordable, fast and functional — which is both its main strength and the key to enjoying it with the right expectations.
