I usually try to choose places with a Google rating of 4.5 or higher for dinner because I don't have the time or energy to test the cuisines of touristy places.
We came here because it's on the main square and there was space between the tables on the far side. The drinks were good, the atmosphere was good, and we finally decided to go ahead and order. The food was delicious, fresh, and very flavorful. So, despite the Google ratings, we had a great time and it's great that we ended up staying. Our waiter was also very nice and fast (Falco). We left feeling full.

Amazing food, every dish was done extremely well and authentic to the region. We ordered cheese meats platter, 2 x pastas and coteletta, 2 x drinks for 109 euro. Exceptional service and view of the piazza. Thank you so much!

Stopped here for lunch on a busy Sunday. Great view of the square and cathedral. The Capri Spritz is a must! Best one I had in Tuscany! Pizza was on par with other Italian restaurants. The lasagna was flavorful, but wasn't great. The service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely come back!

Despite being a highly touristic place, you eat very well. Dishes are well-prepared, as is the service. The only flaw is the sparkling mineral water at 5 euros, as if we were not in Italy. It's a shame because it tastes of "cunning" and it tastes of unpleasant. It is not necessary, that price, that's all. It ruins the dinner.

Osteria del Bigelli, if I’m writing this review it’s because I fell into a tourist trap. Bigelli offers a special view to the main piazza which was worth the extra euros for service and food. The food here is decent, my Toscana pizza was a 7.6/10, not bad. A pricy place and not the best food in Siena for sure. I recommend this place if you want to have a nice view to the piazza and maybe order a drink or coffee.

I loved the presentation of the tea cup. It was very nice. If I could find it, I would definitely buy it. The hot choclate from the tea cup was also good. The cookies were also good. It's a nice place in the square. I recommend it. The staff is friendly.
