A good restaurant. The truffle dishes are classic and well-made. Excellent tartare. As are the tagliolini. Once a year, you can afford the €45 price tag for white truffle. Although, frankly, it all seems a bit excessive. But after studying the market price...

Excellent restaurant. We were advised to eat outside, as the restaurant was fully booked. It's a shame the outdoor seating isn't closed off enough because yesterday it was chilly. The location is also good, very close to Moncalvo's main square.

25/10/2025: Excellent trattoria! Excellent value for money! All the appetizers are worth trying, from veal with tuna sauce to anchovies, raw meat, eggplant, and Russian salad... traditional Piedmontese first and second courses, and excellent desserts! The host is old-fashioned, giving great advice, and the wine list is extensive and suitable for all budgets! Highly recommended.

14/11/2025: After an afternoon spent with friends at a local winery, when we asked for a restaurant, the owner recommended it and subsequently booked a table. The restaurant is located on the main street of the village of Calosso in a very scenic location. The restaurant, simple in its simplicity, is very well-maintained and very clean. The cuisine is typical Piedmontese. Dishes are well-cooked and beautifully plated. The authenticity and quality of the ingredients used are evident. The service is quick and attentive, with no long waits. The wait staff and the owner are very friendly. The only small flaw is that the dining room, without soundproofing, can be quite noisy at times. I highly recommend this restaurant. Having only dined there, I cannot comment on the rooms.
