03/12/2024: We stayed one night in this hotel in Courmayeur, room of average size and clean, relatively close to the center... but some sore points. At 11.30pm we continued to hear background music coming from the hall so we went to reception to ask them to turn it down. We had a room on the first floor with completely absent soundproofing, we could hear all the noises both from the street and from other rooms. The TV in the room didn't work, the light at the side of the bed didn't turn off completely unless the card was removed. We used the shuttle service to get to the center by booking it in advance from the room phone so as not to waste time, we go down to reception and find ourselves waiting for at least 20 minutes outside where they told us to wait. At check out, after reporting some inconveniences with the stay, the girl at the reception seemed not to have taken us seriously. The very beautiful SPA with mountain view is a plus of the structure. Despite this, all in all, value for money, I expected something more.
