Had a great meal here in a completely different setting than the regular restaurants/osterie. Here they only have Anti Pasti but there are so many that you can have a meal with them. All different and all delicious. We had a white wine with it and that was also excellent. The service is very pleasant, service-oriented, friendly and helpful, also English-speaking. The Osteria is located on a main road and the traffic is audible but if the atmosphere at the table on the terrace is good, you only hear the traffic occasionally. Parking is available opposite the Osteria and after 7 p.m. it is free.

An authentic place, a tavern in fact, where the product offered is truly at the highest level among the numerous other restaurants I frequented in S. Daniele. Simple but fast service, exemplary cleanliness. Price below average. Don't miss it, remember to book.

Two breadsticks with ham and a glass of house wine are my fixed stop when I pass through San Daniele.. They have a ham that is really good, melts in your mouth

Very very good restaurant, specializing in prosciuto de san daniele. Super good, the staff is very attentive. Quite full, don't hesitate to book to have space. Nothing to complain about, very good value for money. I recommend it to you

Bar della Stazione di Chiusaforte

17/06/2025: This old former railway station converted into a bar and restaurant where time seems to have stood still for years is truly a postcard 😍, friendly staff, very welcoming and relaxing, highly recommended
15/06/2025: We stopped for a quick bite, but unfortunately it was too crowded to have a coffee or a quick bite to eat. The atmosphere is incredibly cool, the old train station converted into a bistro/café. There's plenty of space to take a break, even if you just want to use the bathroom and chill out a bit.
