Sono stata al vostro ristorante per la prima volta e ho avuto un'esperienza straordinaria. Non posso fare a meno di elogiare la gentilezza e la professionalità del vostro cameriere, Nicolas. La sua attenzione ai dettagli e la sua premura hanno reso la serata davvero speciale. La vera stella della serata, però, è stata la cucina. Ogni piatto è stato un'opera d'arte per gli occhi e una festa per il palato. I sapori erano eccezionali, e i piatti erano impiattati in modo impeccabile. Ho apprezzato ogni boccone e sono rimasta senza parole per l'esperienza culinaria che ho vissuto. Non vedo l'ora di tornare nel vostro ristorante. Questa è stata una serata indimenticabile, e sono sicura che ci saranno molte altre da ripetere in futuro.

Location curata, accogliente e intima. Staff molto gentile e competente, forse a tratti leggermente pressante. Materia prima senza dubbio di qualità eccellente, e presentata in maniera impeccabile. Proposta menù selezionata ma varia.

01/04/2024: Fantastic experience at Locanda Colla Super helpful staff, prepared and attentive to requests. 5-star hospitality ensures that the customer does not lack anything Infinite wine list but fortunately the sommelier helped us choose the correct wine Obsessive care both in the welcome appetizers, in the ordered dishes and even in the cleaning of the table before dessert. I will definitely come back
