We went there twice in September 2025 and will definitely come back. Favorite: Zupetta fredda di pomodori ❤️
You need to prebook and take your time- everything made fresh and only 10 tables available outside.

Conveniently located in the old town of Colle di Val d'Elsa. Very friendly. Good food. Prices are reasonable. Would eat there again in a heartbeat. Make a reservation!

Quality and kindness distinguish this restaurant. Dishes vary seasonally, are expertly prepared, and always unique. A knowledgeable host welcomes you and takes care of you throughout your dinner. The wines are worthy of note. Highly recommended.

A corner of delights. Both for its location and for its taste buds. The food is of excellent quality, carefully prepared, and beautifully balanced. The poached egg unleashed a true poetry of flavors between the various ingredients. The tartare was seasoned beautifully with a homemade sauce. The price is adequate for the quality, but not too high. We'll return again and again.

A very intimate restaurant in the historic center of Colle Val d'Elsa. Recommended for the food; they served truly excellent cured meats and cheeses, as well as an equally excellent veal with tuna sauce (slightly reworked).
The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and very attentive to the comfort of their guests, however, the service was a bit slow.

Tutto perfetto. La location in una piazzetta tranquilla, il proprietario gentilissimo, un menu con pochi piatti ma mirati, ricercati e con l’imbarazzo della scelta. Bravissimi, continuate così non fatevi travolgere dalle richieste dei turisti stranieri e non conformatevi alle richieste di chi di cucina italiana non capisce niente
