I'd already known from the phone call to make a reservation that they were nice and friendly, and once I got there, they absolutely didn't disappoint. Not only with their courtesy, but also with the excellent and carefully prepared food. The place is cozy, and it's truly a pleasure to be there. Thank you for everything.

Oste di Borgo is a wonderful, intimate little osteria. The limited seating ensures a quiet yet warm, home-like atmosphere. The quality of the dishes is truly top-notch, especially the cardoon tart and the cacio e pepe pici with crispy cavolo nero and lemon zest. Highly recommended!

What can I say... a gem in Tuscany. Small but beautiful. They still cook real food here!! Beautiful ingredients and very original! The poached egg appetizer was excellent. Then, homemade parpadelle with wild boar stew. Ricotta tart with figs!! It was all delicious. The service was very pleasant and extremely friendly. This is what you go to Italy for.

Chosen at random after a trek, it was a pleasant surprise. Seasonal ingredients showcased well, portions were just right, and the first courses were generous. Plus, they even seated us even though it was past 2:30 PM. Highly recommended!

A fantastic place! So cozy when it gets dark. Very friendly staff, recommending all the best places to buy Finocchiona 🙂 We went there twice in September 2025 and will definitely come back. Favorite: Zupetta fredda di pomodori ❤️ You need to prebook and take your time- everything made fresh and only 10 tables available outside.

Conveniently located in the old town of Colle di Val d'Elsa. Very friendly. Good food. Prices are reasonable. Would eat there again in a heartbeat. Make a reservation!

Osteria Babazuf
