Unfortunately for those who decide to drink a beer instead of wine they have to settle for commercial beers without the possibility of tasting the many craft beers available in the area. The price. Not very cheap but justified by the high quality raw materials (the cold cuts and cheese platter is sublime). The kitchen is slightly in trouble when the place is full with the times between one course and another stretching out a bit too much. Well done Alessandro, you are a very nice host. Very cozy and intimate environment, the dishes are very particular and well prepared. From the room you can see a glimpse of the kitchen and notice the care and precision with which each dish is prepared. We were very satisfied with the meal and the service, attentive to everything, very friendly and helpful.

It was a pleasant experience for the kindness received from the host and for having eaten deliciously... Team of young people prepared and with excellent irony.... I forgot: If you have FASTWEB as your operator it is not possible to book....

Consigliato dall'hotel, è un posto con pochissimi tavoli - mi sembra cinque - sapientemente gestito dai proprietari e dal gentilissimo ragazzo ai tavoli. Poche pietanze, tutte di estremo gusto e qualità, tartare e baccalà veramente da encomio, servizio discreto e puntuale, una musica di sottofondo che perfettamente ti avvolge con la magia di una cena per pochi intimi.

My parents and I went for lunch on Sunday and had a great time, pleasant environment, delicious food and very friendly and helpful staff :)

Special dishes, excellent quality, welcoming environment. The linguine with butter, anchovies, immortelle and lemon zest is one of the best dishes I have ever tasted. Also notable are the saffron pumpkin pie and the fabulous cod cream on chickpea hummus with snow peas. We'll be back tomorrow!

Di ritorno dal weekend in Maremma si fa ora di pranzo e ci fermiamo in questo locale. La scelta è stata ottima in quanto abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Il servizio è espresso per cui bisogna aspettare un congruo lasso di tempo per mangiare. Infatti bisogna andarci quando non si ha fretta come invece ne avevamo invece noi visto che dovevamo fare ancora 200km per arrivare a casa. Comunque promosso a pieni voti.
