"Time, love, and hunger" find worthy attention in this small, simple, all-Italian gem. Three tables, perhaps ten seats. Soft lighting, a few candles, wood. There are three of them running it, too. Four expert hands in the kitchen, two in the dining room. Egg, pecorino mousse, garlic sauce, drops of seafood here and there. Fusilloni with cavolo nero pesto, lemon scent, and bean sauce... two glasses of Chianti. No further frills are needed. And they know it... they're young, they cook with passion, they dare.

Yes, the pappadelle with wild boar sauce was excellent. Chocolate mousse with caramelized icing and a light salty note. Also five stars. I'd go back anytime.

TOP place! Super service and delicious food! They welcomed us warmly with our German shepherd and treated us super well. The food is well-kept, genuine and fresh. The corner of the square where it is located is very beautiful to spend a summer evening!

Very interesting option for a dinner different from the usual if you are in Colle val D'Elsa 🍝🍖🍷 Its peculiarity is having very few seats (4/5 tables) and a very limited selection of dishes based on seasonal and daily ingredients. The times can vary based on what you order and usually the order of arrival of the dishes is said during the ordering phase based on what is taken to optimize cooking in the kitchen. The food was good and well-prepared being prepared for so few seats. I would have liked to see more meat options but the menu is variable. Nice very intimate atmosphere and kind and friendly service from the waiter (in total the staff is made up of 2 chefs and 1 waiter). ✅️If you are in the area I recommend you try it, obviously booked. Go without pretensions of eating a certain dish and see what the menu offers of the period.

Locale piccole e accogliente nel centro di Colle val d'elsa. Arredato in modo tradizionale e con buon gusto. Bellissima la piazzetta su cui si affaccia. Gli affettati sono straordinari e i primi piatti veramente gradevoli. C'è una buona scelta dei vini e il personale è gentile e cordiale.
