With grace and competence he accompanied us to discover the dishes of the day, describing them with passion and attention to detail. The love he puts into what he does is evident: each dish tells a story, expresses an identity, and arrives at the table with a care that conquers even before the taste. The cuisine is simply excellent, made of authentic ingredients and preparations that respect tradition with a touch of personality. A perfect balance between authenticity and creativity.
