Excellent cuisine with delicious fresh pasta and succulent meats. Very pleasant garden and charming building. Very fast service initially, a little disappointing later.

Nestled among the alleys of Civita, in a refined and well-kept setting, lies this splendid restaurant. You can dine both in the cozy interior and in the adjacent (and spacious) green garden. The food is excellent: tradition blends with innovation in an elegant and refined manner. The appetizers and desserts are particularly delicious (but I'm speaking from personal taste, since the first course was also good). The service is attentive and very friendly. The owner is a lively, capable woman, with a quick wit, and very kind. A truly authentic, healthy business. If I were to return to Civita, I would definitely return to this place. Congratulations!

Typical Civita cuisine revisited in the style of Chef Gregorio Buccolieri, a welcoming atmosphere and professional staff. Excellent service and a good wine list.

We had already tried this restaurant last spring, and we had already appreciated the attention to detail, the refined interior, the impeccable service, and, above all, the menu. A little over a year later, we wanted to try it again, this time in the splendid outdoor garden. Everything was perfect, starting with the service, impeccable in making guests feel at ease. We enjoyed the appetizer, with excellent cheeses and cured meats, and another selection of hot appetizers, all very good. We then opted for the main courses: a Pollino Podolico veal stew, sumptuously tender, and a Calabrian black pig fillet, amazing in flavor and texture. Local products and haute cuisine, a winning choice.

A unique experience, attentive and competent staff, top-quality ingredients, the simplicity of the recipe enhanced by the care taken in the plating. Excellent wine. I have no advice to offer other than to ask you about the history of the dishes, the ingredients used, and the restaurant itself. The people directly involved and the love they put into everything they bring to your table.

Sin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con calore e professionalità: l’atmosfera del ristorante è intima e curata, e la titolare, Maria Anna, si è dimostrata fin da subito una vera padrona di casa. Con garbo e competenza ci ha accompagnati alla scoperta dei piatti del giorno, descrivendoli con passione e attenzione ai dettagli. È evidente l’amore che mette in ciò che fa: ogni piatto racconta una storia, esprime un’identità, e arriva al tavolo con una cura che conquista prima ancora del gusto. La cucina è semplicemente eccellente, fatta di ingredienti autentici e preparazioni che rispettano la tradizione con un tocco di personalità. Un perfetto equilibrio tra genuinità e creatività. Un’esperienza che consigliamo di cuore e che non vediamo l’ora di ripetere. Complimenti davvero a Maria Anna e a tutto lo staff!
