I went to L'Oste d'Arberia a few days ago for lunch with friends.
Calling it a restaurant is an understatement: the attention the entire staff showed us, from the welcome to the tour of the entire establishment, was something that went beyond the food. The menu follows seasonality, and each dish, conceived and presented with passion, expresses the local area in which this establishment is immersed. It goes without saying, of course, that everything was excellent.
I will absolutely return.

My friends and I had lunch at L'Oste d'Arberia in Civita, and it was an experience that went beyond simply eating well. It was a moment filled with flavors, emotions, and memories, in a place that always makes you feel welcomed and pampered.
For me, it was all the more intimate and special because I've known Marianna, the owner, forever: we're from the same town, and finding ourselves there, in that refined and soulful setting, made the lunch even more meaningful. Marianna has a rare gift: she knows how to welcome guests with ease, passion, and warmth, making every detail more magical.
The dishes were refined, harmonious, and lovingly crafted, expressing the region through balanced flavors and high-quality ingredients. Each course was accompanied by an explanation that made you want to savor even more. We also tasted a delicious, natural local wine, which perfectly complemented the experience.
The restaurant's atmosphere is something you breathe in as soon as you enter: an ancient building, respected and enhanced, where the architecture preserves its history and expresses it in the form of elegance, silence, and beauty. A place that invites you to slow down and savor the moment.
Returning to L'Oste d'Arberia is always a profound pleasure for the cuisine, my great passion, for the environment, and above all for the people.

A truly pleasant experience! The cuisine is truly delicate, with attention to every detail and dishes prepared with quality ingredients. The place is welcoming, clean, and very well-kept. The staff is extremely kind and attentive; they even lent us an umbrella to walk to our car in the rain, a gesture that shows great courtesy and customer care. We'll definitely be back!

Not just a restaurant. A complete tasting experience, complemented by the skill and attentiveness of the staff, and excellent products showcased by the chef.
A truly charming location. And best of all, we found handmade gluten-free pasta (of course, I requested it in advance).

My husband, my sister, my brother-in-law, and I went to this restaurant today—and we were absolutely thrilled! The place is beautiful, well-kept, and refined, with a welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The owners are kind and helpful, always smiling and attentive to every detail.
We ate wonderfully: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and generous portions. You can feel the passion and love for cooking in every course.
A truly pleasant experience, which I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent food in an elegant yet familiar setting. We'll definitely be back!

Very authentic to the region. Impeccable service, Nonna Christina is a master of homemade pasta and delectable sauces and cuisine! My father in law Joe Praino, from the region, was moved by the episode featured in Evan Funke's review of the shape of pasta, and how it was so close to his mother and aunt's way of making pasta, it made him emotional. Do not miss out on the experience of dining with this local family owned establishment
