5 stars are truly too few. This restaurant is located in Tricesimo, just steps from the SaniRad clinic: that's precisely why we decided to try it, since we were in the area for a visit. From appetizer to dessert, every dish was impeccable: attention to detail and excellent flavor. We'll definitely be back. Greetings from Austria.

I'm giving it 5 stars for the professionalism, the quality of the ingredients, and how they're prepared. However, there are a few things (in my opinion) that could be improved: For example, the lack of a paper menu. I emphasize that the staff is very capable and thorough, but not having a written menu makes you forget the list of dishes and makes it difficult to understand how much you'll spend. The refined and charming atmosphere (for those who love rustic cuisine) and the "doll corner" upstairs are definitely not a good idea! (But that's just a matter of personal preference.) Recommended place, I'll be back!!

On our second evening in Udine, our friends took us to dinner at this osteria located in Tricesimo, a small village just outside the city. We were warmly welcomed by the host who led us upstairs, where the atmosphere, while dim, was still welcoming and pleasant. With the menu in hand, we chose the evening's dishes. The appetizers were a good start: excellent prosciutto with horseradish, a tasty San Daniele Bagatto, local soppressa with polenta, and a beautifully prepared mix of seasonal mushrooms. All accompanied by a sparkling Ribolla Gialla that enhanced the flavors. For the first course, a pumpkin cream soup with chestnuts and smoked ricotta: a balanced and beautifully presented dish. For the second course, juniper and rosemary-infused pork cheeks with potatoes and beef cheek stew with Refosco and Tropea onions, accompanied by a glass of Livio Felluga's Vertigo. To conclude, a hazelnut cake with vanilla ice cream and a glass of Verduzzo—a sweet and pleasant finale. Overall, the dinner was good, the service was prompt and friendly, and the bill was reasonable. A pleasant experience in a simple and authentic setting.

Lovely place. Beautiful atmosphere. Pet-friendly environment. Very friendly staff. Excellent presentation and quality of food. For dessert, I recommend the walnut cake, it's amazing! We'll definitely be back to try the other dishes!

I went on Saturday for the first time. If it weren't for a couple of friends who already frequent the place, I would never have discovered this delightful place. The location, as they say, is beautiful, warm, and welcoming, a quiet place... and after a day of work surrounded by people... this evening of good food, the warmth of the stube, and the friends made for a wonderful evening. The menu caters to all palates, so much so that you're spoiled for choice. It's very good and has some wonderful pairings. I asked for a friend who is celiac, and there is an alternative. Kudos to Isabella, if I'm not mistaken. She's the only one in the kitchen, taking care of everything, and the dishes are not only delicious, but also carefully crafted, showing off her passion for cooking. Highly recommended. Reservations are recommended because there aren't many seats. I'll be back soon and can't wait.

This is our second time back. The atmosphere is quaint yet informal. Fast service, a varied menu, and excellent quality.
