We were twice for dinner. Menu quite hard to read, cusine simple, good but nothing more. Ordered 2 glasses of wine, both with lots of bottom sediment, one with sludge. Asking staff about this, explanation was that wine is not filtered so this is quite normal. Sedimentation is normal, but pouring it to the glass of guests and wanting them to enjoy it is not. Especially when they paid for wine not for sludge.
Staff rather neutral but you feel like intruder not guest. Waiting time for service and course aceptable. If you want eat something good with good service and pleasent atmosphere there is a lot of better places in Stia.

Locale arredato con gusto e materiali di riciclo.menu tipo toscano. Abbiamo preso solo primi, tutti squisiti.menzione speciale per i porcini fritti.ampia scelta

What a restaurant! Very nicely located next to a small waterfall and very sweetly decorated!
We absolutely loved the food! The truffle pasta was a dream, the meat was buttery and tender. An absolute recommendation if you are traveling in the corner! All of this at a price that you can only marvel at!

Posto piccolo che fa da bar, pasticceria e ristorante, e in cui si fa tutto bene! Colazione ottima con le brioches della pasticceria, anche i pasticcini (ahimè non provati) avevano un ottimo aspetto. A cena poi ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, con la cucina tipica toscana a fare da padrona. Antipasto misto con salumi locali e crostini vari, fiorentina e tagliata (ottima) e pappa al pomodoro. Come dolce cantucci e vinsanto. Cameriere gentilissime ed efficienti. Un posto veramente bello e raccomandato!
