A beautiful place with a peaceful and charming location immersed in the Siena countryside. What we appreciated most, as vegetarians, was definitely the wide selection available for those who don't eat meat or animal products. The dishes available are original, well thought out, and truly delicious.

A truly positive experience. We came for dinner a few days ago. The setting is magnificent, located just outside the city center, surrounded by greenery, with the option of dining inside or out. The service was attentive and professional; we greatly appreciated the explanations of the various dishes and their very unique welcome aperitif. They offer a cuisine that can please everyone: vegan, vegetarian, fish, and meat dishes, all locally sourced, according to what we were told. Refined dishes, with excellent attention to pairings and choice of ingredients, perhaps the best experience we've had so far. Each course was a discovery, a surprising explosion of flavors. The portions truly surprised us; they were neither too small nor too abundant, just the right amount. We left feeling satisfied. We had a cuttlefish carpaccio, which was truly delicious, but even more delicious was the fake marrow, a vegan appetizer, a real discovery and perhaps our favorite. We continued with two main courses: beef with apricot puree and octopus with Viola potato cream, both wonderful, truly well cooked, melt-in-the-mouth, and the combinations were truly appreciative. How could we not order all the desserts on the menu? They were truly huge, and we loved this one. I personally loved the cheesecake, where you could really taste the biscuit and especially the cream, where the yogurt was the main ingredient. Then there was the deconstructed tiramisu, accompanied by a decaf and rum. The presentation in the perfume bottle was lovely. Lastly, our favorite, the one with carob flour, won us over. Highly recommended, our compliments.

Miglior ristorante a Siena, di gran lunga, e recensione dovuta dopo esserci stato in moltissime occasioni. Location molto bella d'inverno, meravigliosa d'estate, quando mangiando all'aperto si gode del fresco della collina e del panorama sulla campagna e su Siena. Materia prima di ottima qualità e ben lavorata. Piatti mai banali e presentati molto bene, con gusti decisi e delicati al tempo stesso. I dolci hanno una marcia in più. Meritevole il fatto di poter accontentare le più varie esigenze, pur tenendo in carta (che cambia a seconda delle stagioni) pochi piatti, sia l'amante della carne che l'amante del pesce, sia il vegetariano che il vegano potranno trovare ottime soluzioni. Ottima carta dei vini con ricarichi molto contenuti e presenza anche di vini naturali e birre artigianali. Servizio sempre premuroso e gentile. Cambiando spesso il menù non è facile consigliare dei piatti, al di là dell'ossobuco e del tiramisù (che può essere trovato preparato in modi spesso diversi) che rimangono sempre in carta.
