I celebrated my birthday with them, and we had a wonderful day. All also thanks to Marco, who is an excellent host, super kind and helpful both in organizing the event, promptly responding to all our particular needs, and in the service and welcome together with his staff. Excellent and particular food, with a limited menu that still manages to meet all tastes and dietary restrictions, and which combines the Tuscan tradition well with a more vegetarian but at the same time refined cuisine. Truly suggestive location. Good quality/price ratio. It's always a confirmation, and I highly recommend it!

Miglior ristorante a Siena, di gran lunga, e recensione dovuta dopo esserci stato in moltissime occasioni. Location molto bella d'inverno, meravigliosa d'estate, quando mangiando all'aperto si gode del fresco della collina e del panorama sulla campagna e su Siena. Materia prima di ottima qualità e ben lavorata. Piatti mai banali e presentati molto bene, con gusti decisi e delicati al tempo stesso. I dolci hanno una marcia in più. Meritevole il fatto di poter accontentare le più varie esigenze, pur tenendo in carta (che cambia a seconda delle stagioni) pochi piatti, sia l'amante della carne che l'amante del pesce, sia il vegetariano che il vegano potranno trovare ottime soluzioni. Ottima carta dei vini con ricarichi molto contenuti e presenza anche di vini naturali e birre artigianali. Servizio sempre premuroso e gentile. Cambiando spesso il menù non è facile consigliare dei piatti, al di là dell'ossobuco e del tiramisù (che può essere trovato preparato in modi spesso diversi) che rimangono sempre in carta.

Stunning location completely surrounded by greenery, excellent food

Really very welcoming place and above all excellent food. Finally a place where you can also eat vegetarian/vegan (because even today when you ask for dishes not based on meat and fish they look at you as if you were an alien), here there is no shortage of choice despite the fact that meat and fish based dishes are present on the menu. I recommend this restaurant which in addition to good food also has excellent wines.

La stoffa c'è, la Sarta ed il Sarto anche...il vestito calza a pennello ed è un abito di gran classe. Complimenti a tutti gli elementi dello staff di cucina e di sala...professionalità, disponibilità, discrezione e bravura unici. Materia prima a km sottozero, lavorazione e presentazione eccellente. Gusti e sapori di una volta. Bravissimi. Il Dress Code dell'enogastronomia è servito. Congratulazioni.
