The restaurant is very good, and the staff is truly friendly. We had tagliatelle with cocoa, porcini mushrooms, and wild boar ragù, which were truly well-made and had the right balance and harmony in the ingredients. Special mention also goes to the homemade desserts, which were truly delicious. Congratulations!

An open-air restaurant immersed in the history and ancient village of Vico, overlooking the surrounding hills. All the flavors and aromas of the Gargano can be found in the traditional and non-traditional dishes. The staff is very attentive to requests for those with food intolerances; always courteous, kind, and with a smile that makes you feel welcome. L'Orto del Conte is a timeless place where the owner has poured all his passion into making it unique.

Big surprise! You walk slowly and suddenly you hear nice jazz music! Place is an authentic medieval house turned into a picturesqe restaurant. Good food (beef with mashrooms/ ravioli vege + wine). Engaged staff, clean, professional, nice personnel and this view to the valley. You should try!

We dined in the Count's garden, a truly wonderful culinary experience. The stuffed mussels and meatballs were excellent. The octopus was very tasty (the caramelized onions were fantastic), and the fava bean and chicory dish was sensational. The strascinati were good but a little salty (personal preference). I recommend finishing your meal with the tiramisu...fabulous!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while wandering the streets of Vico del Gargano. We stopped for a refreshing drink: the local orange and lemonade options on the menu are highly recommended. We decided to stay for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the dishes on offer: we enjoyed a fava bean puree with chicory and bruschetta, drank a typical Gargano wine, and finished with a wild fennel liqueur. Both the liqueurs and the olive oil you'll find on the table are produced by the owner, a kind and friendly person who showed us his splendid vegetable garden above the main restaurant area. A plus is the availability of gluten-free options. Finally, Ginger, the restaurant cat, will lovingly keep you company. Don't worry, you'll have a wonderful time!

We stopped for lunch almost by chance, strolling through the narrow streets of the town center. It's a truly quaint location with a beautiful view of the hills. We chatted with the owner, who was very friendly and personable. The local, high-quality products were excellent, and everything was truly delicious. The first course and gluten-free options are noteworthy. A wonderful discovery!

Reheated food, Apulian meatballs visibly cold inside, pasta dishes arrived too quickly and not hot. Tomatoes were sour. Grilled cuttlefish tasted like they were boiled. Service needs rethinking; after ordering, the dishes arrived, but they forgot about them and arrived extremely late. No bread on the table. Otherwise, the location is very beautiful; with proper service, it would be a wonderful place.
