Have been in Sicily for several days and noticed that cafés and restaurants with nice espresso machines kept serving me coffee pod coffee. What’s going on? While in Ragusa I searched the internet for ‘best coffee near me’ and found Lorefice Fiori. FINALLY! The sound of roasted beans grinding, an espresso machine purring and milk steaming. Enjoyed my café latte made with pride by a friendly barista. Beans used were owner’s own blend. There aren’t many artisanal cafés around. Glad I found this one.

14/09/2025: A peaceful haven in the city of Modica, in a charming courtyard surrounded by trees and fairy lights, Armando, with his kindness and professionalism, will lead you on a delightful experience. Exquisite food, a plant-based reinterpretation of Sicilian cuisine, but also unique and unusual dishes with original and perfect flavor combinations. The plant-based cheeses, and especially the cannoli with almond ricotta, are worth the experience alone. Highly recommended ♥️
08/09/2025: Singola is a real gem! Tucked away behind a car street, you get to sit in a peaceful, nicely decorated garden. The food was really amazing. Italian with a twist, full of surprising tatses. I would definitely recommend coming here!

12/09/2025: THE OWNERS! They're kind, polite, and very friendly. That alone is worth the visit, and they also have an excellent rotisserie. A round of applause for the schiacciata.
