Very well-run hotel. Friendly staff and beautiful rooms. We'd gladly return. ❤️

We spent one night at the hotel. We made our booking directly online with the hotel. Further booking information for our stay, including via WhatsApp, was quick and informative. We appreciated the prompt response to a question regarding the water bus connection. It was clear and understandable. We also found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the small canal. Our presence did not disturb the peace and quiet. The breakfast was extensive and tasty. One review mentions complicated accessibility. This is actually irritating. Finding your way is easy with Google Maps. The hotel is about 5-8 minutes from the S. Marco Vallareso water stadium. St. Mark's Square can also be reached in just a few minutes. We might recommend taking a water taxi to the Lido, perhaps at dusk, and then walking towards the beach.

Just a few steps from St. Mark's Square, the hotel is nestled among Venice's canals; the street leading to the center is full of shops selling top-quality brands.

Very well located hotel, a few minutes' walk from Venice's main sights. Spacious, very clean room with a large, comfortable bed. The whole place is tastefully decorated in an elegant and warm style. The only small downside: the mattress was a little too soft for my taste, but that's subjective. Very good stay overall!

It was a wonderful hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable. The only noise we heard at night was a generator-like noise. But we quickly forgot about the noise the other night because we woke up to such a beautiful sound this morning. I've included a video of that beautiful sound :)

Decent hotel however location is not quite ideal. A lot of steps where you’ll have to pick your luggage up and down. Rooms are also small and cramped up.

A beautiful place, like all of Venice. Andrea welcomed us at midnight and gave us tons of information to help us have a wonderful stay. The period room had a small balcony overlooking the canal, which was the icing on the cake!

The hotel is close to everything, we walked everywhere. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is great, and the staff is cheerful.

Great hotel overall for what you pay; Pros; really nice rooms with lots of space Great location, so easy to get around Very polite, friendly and helpful staff The honesty bar is good value and a little oasis The canal view is really nice, not too noisy but nice to see Cons; Some bathrooms have a low shower fitting so might not be ideal for everyone (I saw the other reviews so wasn't bothered) There was some noise in the mornings but this is italy and is common in a lot of old buildings. I would have liked a coffee machine and an iron in the room Overall it was very good and would recommend or stay there again

We had a reservation at Foresteria Levi, but for some reason they couldn't accommodate us and we were given a spare room here. Everything was fine. What was unpleasant was that we could hear all the other guests walking around from 6 am. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. It would be nice to have a normal duvet cover instead of 3 sheets. Overall, a very good hotel with a nice view. The staff is super nice. 😊
