Great service at this conveniently located quiet hotel. They took us after our original hotel did not work out. Modern bathrooms. Room a little old, but it's Venice!

A very good experience at this hotel. Very clean and well-decorated. The facilities are lovely and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good and offers a variety of options. The location is ideal. A 5-minute walk from St. Mark's Square.

Nice little hotel in the heart of venice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bit of a walk with luggage from train station but we had backpacks so it was fine. There is a water taxi stop close - 10 min walk so there is an option. Same taxi stop for transport to airport. Our window looked over the canal so we could peek out to see the boats and people. Hotel very quick to respond to the couple of enquiries I had prior to arrival. Rooms are well decorated and spacious. Bath tubs with sit down shower put some people off by reading other comments but really it is a different way of doing the same thing. Everything clean. Breakfast was great with eggs ordered to your liking, and very lovely staff. Would return!

We spent one night at the hotel. We made our booking directly online with the hotel. Further booking information for our stay, including via WhatsApp, was quick and informative. We appreciated the prompt response to a question regarding the water bus connection. It was clear and understandable. We also found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the small canal. Our presence did not disturb the peace and quiet. The breakfast was extensive and tasty. One review mentions complicated accessibility. This is actually irritating. Finding your way is easy with Google Maps. The hotel is about 5-8 minutes from the S. Marco Vallareso water stadium. St. Mark's Square can also be reached in just a few minutes. We might recommend taking a water taxi to the Lido, perhaps at dusk, and then walking towards the beach.

Just a few steps from St. Mark's Square, the hotel is nestled among Venice's canals; the street leading to the center is full of shops selling top-quality brands.

It was a wonderful hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable. The only noise we heard at night was a generator-like noise. But we quickly forgot about the noise the other night because we woke up to such a beautiful sound this morning. I've included a video of that beautiful sound :)

Very well located hotel, a few minutes' walk from Venice's main sights. Spacious, very clean room with a large, comfortable bed. The whole place is tastefully decorated in an elegant and warm style. The only small downside: the mattress was a little too soft for my taste, but that's subjective. Very good stay overall!

Decent hotel however location is not quite ideal. A lot of steps where you’ll have to pick your luggage up and down. Rooms are also small and cramped up.

A beautiful place, like all of Venice. Andrea welcomed us at midnight and gave us tons of information to help us have a wonderful stay. The period room had a small balcony overlooking the canal, which was the icing on the cake!
