July 20. Aperitivo for two. Wide selection of cocktails and spritzes. Delicious cicchetti to accompany the appetizers. The staff who served us were very friendly. Located in the central square of Pavia, this place has a large outdoor area. A pleasant experience.

An excellent spritzeria with fair prices and fun and caring staff. They also host very entertaining poetry nights.

L'équipe de Sam (Samantha) est formidable de courtoisie, de gentillesse et de savoir-faire (les spritz, une bonne quinzaine, et les cocktails). Rebecca, Matteo, Mathis, Guido et les autres vous les prépareront, accompagnés de planches de charcuterie /fromages du coin. Polpete (boulettes de viande avec une sauce délicieuse). Belle collection de vins locaux et autres. Terrasse sur la place Vittoria où vous ferez vite connaissance avec les artistes peintres, écrivains, poètes, musiciens, organisateurs d'événements ou illustres inconnus comme votre serviteur, qui en font leur Q. A dimostrazione della storica eccellenza della cultura del bere veneziana, il miglior bar di Pavia (così come, incidentalmente, il miglior bar di Bologna) è un bacaro in autentico stile veneziano. Dunque: le eponime ombre, spritz a regola d'arte, cicchetti, etc. Ma questo locale va molto oltre la sua pur interessantissima selezione di vini e l'atmosfera accogliente e informale che sa offrire: si tratta di un importante presidio antifascista in piena piazza della Vittoria, e anche di un presidio della poesia performativa, coinvolto nell'organizzazione di numerosi poetry slam. Serve altro per raccomandarlo caldamente col massimo dei voti?
