We had dinner at the workshop during the quiz night, and besides being a fun and new experience, the food was excellent. The ingredients were excellent, and the service was quick and friendly. Highly recommended!

Located in the very central Piazza Roma, this extremely charming restaurant offers a wide variety of choices, good service, and friendly staff. The music may be a little too loud, making it difficult to converse with your fellow diners, but it's still a place we'll return to.

14/08/2025: Always attentive service and good aperitifs
20/07/2025: After a trip along the Farfa River, inspired by the hit song "Li Centonara," we decided to take a quick stroll around Montelibretti. We stopped at Bar Giuliani for gelato, and I found the "pear and chocolate" flavor to be delicious—I'll definitely return for that alone! The place is cute, with tables inside and out. Friendly staff, clean restrooms.
