The Roman pinsa is good. Compared to a few years ago they have improved a lot in terms of organization.

Beautiful place in the center of Monterotondo. Really good aperitifs, they also offer fried food, burgers, poke and pinsas with classic or extravagant and customizable recipes. For example, you can create your own hamburger however you want, even with non-typical products such as burrata, pistachio and nduja. Excellent value for money, welcoming and cheerful staff. It deserves to be tried.
