Wonderful experience in this place in Bari Poggiofranco. The very kind staff as well as the waiters and the owner Arcangelo who recommended delicious dishes inherent to the Apulian tradition.
We enjoyed an excellent platter, spaghetti all'assasina that was really worth trying and delicious, grilled veal flakes and some truly exceptional desserts.
Furthermore, Natasha is really competent and is ready to satisfy customer requests!
I highly recommend this place!

I had the pleasure of dining at Soal's workshop restaurant and I must say it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was welcoming and well-maintained, perfect for a special evening. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel at ease straight away.
The menu offers a varied selection of dishes, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I tried the spaghetti all Murder, which was simply delicious, with well-balanced flavors and impeccable presentation. The desserts were also not to be missed; the decomposed cannoli was the perfect way to end the evening.
Furthermore, the wine list was well assorted, with options that paired perfectly with the dishes. I can't wait to return and try other specialties! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience.

I wanted to try their spaghetti all'assassina, unfortunately they were too salty, I called the waiter and he told me that it was due to the fact that I had asked him to make them not very spicy and that to give them more flavor they had to use more pecorino. Result, too salty and even if they tried to fix them with stracciatella there was nothing to do. Too bad for a dish that is still above average in cost (€13). Speaking of pizza, nothing exceptional.
