The owner, Francesco, is a truly hospitable Italian who warmly welcomed us from the very first moment. The restaurant is conveniently located not far from the room we were renting, which made it even more pleasant to visit. What makes this place especially wonderful is that Francesco is not only the owner but also the chef. He personally prepares the dishes, and you can truly taste the passion and dedication in every bite. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food and the personal attention given to each guest. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, making you feel more like a guest in someone’s home than in a restaurant. If you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine, a friendly atmosphere, and excellent value for money, this is definitely a place you should visit. We would happily return again!

Simply perfect! Choice of white wine, excellent fresh pasta with cheese and pepper (pasta cacio e pepe, in Italian) is a traditional culinary specialty of Italian cuisine, originating from Rome and Lazio, made with pasta, black pepper, and pecorino romano cheese, but with a touch of parmesan at Paco's, which cooks perfectly. Thank you and perfect value for money too.
