This is a superb restaurant. I am not Italien, so I can tell you only my impression about the food: it looks like they prepare traditional food in modern style. What we have taken were all very delicious. At the end I gave a little tip, in turn we received limoncello, which I did not know before. The owner is great, with large, bold gestures, a very kind person. The service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend this place for families even with pets and small kids.

Quality meat. A simple and friendly place to eat seasonal products, cooked simply, like grandma. We ate meat and meal, abundant dishes and really very good. You should definitely try it.

Ieri sera insieme a mia cognata, per curiosità ci siamo concessi di fare questa nuova esperienza, cenando presso "l'Officina del Macellaio" e devo dire che abbiamo apprezzato il buon cibo e la simpatica accoglienza del proprietario e della cameriera; mio marito si è gustato un chilo di fiorentina, carne molto buona mentre noi abbiamo ordinato un antipasto abbondante con affettati, verdure e formaggi, una melanzana alla parmigiana e delle verdure caponate davvero squisite e saporite, per cui i complimenti includono anche la cuoca e per questo lo consigliamo vivamente preso atto che i prodotti sono di qualità e diversi appartengono ad aziende limitrofe, concludo pertanto, che sarà un piacere ritornarci ed assaggiare magari i primi piatti fatti in casa
