I expected more, but in the end it seemed modest, both in terms of the menu and the workmanship/quality. And also in terms of prices, which were overall high.

L'Officina di Mare is a centrally located and elegant place. The decor is minimalist but with commendable attention to detail. The food always lives up to expectations, with the fish always fresh and the starters and appetizers delicious. Mario is an excellent host, and the owners are also lovely people. A must-try when in Lipari.

A memorable Aeolian holiday, and the grand finale was returning to this restaurant. We had a wonderful time, starting with the welcome from Mr. Mario, who advised us on the menu choices and pampered us with a Sicilian cannolo to die for. The crudités are exceptional in terms of freshness and quality. The attention to quality is evident in the olive oil they provide. A modern and refined location. The waitresses were kind and professional; thanks to Manuel for the wine selection.

I especially recommend the "Fresh Busiata with Red Shrimp" entree, which was a true masterpiece of freshness and flavor. The value for money was excellent, considering the quality of the food and the beautiful location. In short, this restaurant is a must for seafood and fine dining lovers. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable dining experience. 5 stars without a doubt!

A wonderful discovery on Lipari's main street! Truly excellent seafood cuisine, with attention to detail and authentic flavors. The welcome appetizer was a pleasant surprise, tasty and beautifully presented. My sincere compliments to the service: attentive, friendly, and professional. The dining room is also welcoming and well-appointed, perfect for enjoying a relaxing dinner. Highly recommended!

Each course is a perfect balance of flavor, presentation, and creativity. The location is well-maintained, welcoming, and has an elegant yet unpretentious atmosphere, perfect for both a special dinner and a relaxing lunch. Considering the season (mid-August week), the quality of the food, and the setting, the final bill was surprisingly reasonable, especially considering the service and quality of the food. A restaurant that knows how to combine gastronomic excellence with a great value: highly recommended!
