We spent a weekend here and we loved it. we took our Belgian Mali with us which was a deal breaker since our dog is part of the family. The owner was very friendly in the phone when I called and when we got there he helped me to park my car. He also greeted me outside of the hotel and he sent out a waitress to help us carrying luggages into our rooms. The hotel reminded me of my childhood a little back in to the 90's which had a positive affect on me. The room was simple but very clean. The dinner was great, we were all very satisfied. The stuffs were friendly and welcoming. On our first night I barely got enough sleep because of a screeming child across our room, which of course is not the fault of the owner, however, I mentioned it to him in the morning and he offered me another room for my convenience. We ended up having two rooms, although I paid only for one, the other one was a gift as he said. I was very touched by his kindness and how considerate he was. The owner of this hotel including the stuffs did everything where we can feel well cared for. I have been traveling with my kids relatively often, but the hospitality of this man should be recognised world wide. The hotel is simple, but cozy, the people are warm and friendly, it is hard to find places like that. When we were about to leave, the owner walked us to our car, and from his heart he wished us a safe trip. I was so touched by his kindness that I couldn't hold my tears back. This place somehow touched our hearts, even so that I'm bragging about it in Germany, that kindness and hospitality still exists, maybe not somewhere in a busy city, but definitely up in the mountains in Brunate. We thank him and his stuff for our weekend. We are very happy that we met them. I can only recommend this place. And for as a last word; we will be back.

It was very nice to stay in the Milan inn

The owner very kind and helpful. A bit of confusion in the registration and towels not available because according to him it was a holiday and there had not been a supply.... The room was clean as was the bathroom and shower. Even very small, for a large person it can be a problem. In the description of the things available under parking it is said that they are available and free. However, this is not the case, the inn has no parking spaces and the free ones are 700 meters away if they are not all occupied. The area is very beautiful and offers excellent scenery.

Special thanks to Mr. Abdul Raouf for his elegant treatment. Our visit to the restaurant was very excellent. I highly recommend the visit. I will definitely return to him I wish them success 🤍
