Locanda Villa Gaia In Valle di cadore

We had lunch at the restaurant and were delighted with the day and the simply delicious dishes! The location is just off the main road but accessible by car with attached parking. The service was impeccable and refined, and the products were locally sourced. We loved the creativity and elegance with which the dishes were served! A great combination of flavors. It's clear that the chef knows what they're doing! The flower bread was exceptional. Some dishes change with the seasons, which is another reason to return. I recommend an outdoor table where the mountains and nature are the backdrop :)

We had a fantastic experience (my family collectively agrees it was one of the best trips and stays we have ever had) and cannot thank the staff enough. The location was great and the accommodations were perfect, equipped with the basics needed. Breakfast was included and it was a delicious buffet with much variety from pastries to fruit to breads and more, all excellent. We also had dinner and it was absolutely delicious as well. What really made this one of the best experiences though was the amazing staff. Edoardo, Vanessa, Samuele, Chiara, Giada and Micheza were all very nice with great attitude and extremely attentive to anything we needed; they made our stay delightful. We were leaving early to go, so they packed us all lunch and gave us ice for my dad’s insulin to keep it cold. They really went the extra mile and we appreciate everything they did for us as they made it one of the most enjoyable stays we have had up to date. We cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back!

Refined dishes and excellent staff

The food and service were very good. Although the menu isn't large, the dishes are original, home-made, and tasted delicious. Local casunziei is also available as Fatti da Noi dish.

New hotel, meticulously maintained. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, warm rooms or apartments with everything you need, and a beautiful view of the mountains. Excellent breakfast. Bar service. Friendly staff. Hotel parking with 6 spaces, but there's a public parking lot nearby with plenty of parking. In the village, you'll find a pizzeria, a grocery store, and a bar. This hotel has a partner agreement with guests, offering the option of using the pool at a nearby hotel. The hotel is located a 20-minute drive from Cortina d'Ampezzo.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Towels are changed daily. Water is refilled. Delicious breakfasts. The only thing that could be improved is adding a threshold to the door to reduce noise from the hallway. I recommend staying here! Beautiful views, right on the edge of a wonderful mountain bike path. They have a garage where you can store your bikes.

A little corner of paradise where attention is paid to the smallest detail! The meals and breakfasts are excellent!

Ho 983 recensioni all’attivo quindi ritengo di avere una certa esperienza!! Che dire: cucina sicuramente ricercata ma a prezzi decisamente elevati. La location è molto suggestiva soprattutto se si ha la fortuna di pranzare o cenare all’aperto. Porzioni gourmet!!!!

In viaggio di lavoro, capito per caso in questa locanda. Esperienza fantastica dal panorama al servizio al cibo. Cestino del pane con crostini di pretzel e un burro di malga salato montato che mi ha rapito il palato. Ovviamente luogo salvato sul navigatore!!
